Watched this whole thing and HAD to look up if any lore was missed. Apparently, there's a reason the Amanda Entity ripped up the Wooly doll. And it didn't hit me until going back to have a look at the true ending you guys got. Now I have WAY more questions and a mighty need for a 3rd game! 😭 SPOILERS (AND THEORIES) A PLENTY, JUST IN CASE... . . . *Almost like the old saying of a "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" the entity at the end was a Wooly Entity! It's not known right now if Wooly has any sort of control of the Entity, but maybe he's unaware? It also explains why in the "Broken" version of the "We Can Fix It" video, Amanda is terrified of Wooly throughout the glitches. I'm still running with the theory that Sam is Wooly trying to protect her, but they're really making him seem more of an Antagonist this time round and now I'm just not sure.. Specifically, with how much more annoyed he was becoming with us and Amanda in this game than the last. *Also, in the "Treasure Hunt" tape, if you go East instead, you can dig a hole and Amanda finds clothes in it, becoming visibly scared. Wooly makes a comment along the lines of "Some things are better left buried". Now that sounds out of character for someone who was more scared and jumpier in the 1st game, right?! There's still a possibility Wooly is still a victim, judging from how he reacted in the Story Time" tape when you typed "Horror". Maybe there is someone controlling him and/or his Entity? He did suddenly appear in Amanda's tapes when she started to reveal a little too much about what's going on/not cooperating. So maybe Wooly is their own creation to keep her in line and/or be her personal punching bag (from the 1st game)? *In one of the tapes where we see the Meatman (Butcher) again from the first game, he says to "Count down from 10. You'll feel a pinch". He could be the person that not only put Rebecca inside the cartoon, but all the missing children as well? *It's also possible (again, too early to tell) if this Entity, like Amanda's, is one of the 3 demons that have been mentioned: Paiman, Balam, and Baal. And if that's true...who's the 3rd Entity?! *I'm also running with the theory that Kate is possibly still alive (though it's not a strong theory I'm running with). Mainly because how did that damn tape get in the library? Who knew about it and put it there other than possibly Joanne?! *I also agree that the possum is Joanne's brother, Jordan, but it could also be Kate trying to communicate with both Riley and Joanne to try and find a way out? In the other Ending, Joanne smashes a tape, and a "soul" is released. Presumably the possums? But the Amanda Entity appears and tries to stop Joanne from destroying any more tapes. She doesn't kill Joanne, but only restrains her while Riley gets away through the bunker. So that tells me Amanda's Entity isn't entirely evil. *As per one of the secret videos, the real Amanda (Rebecca) is in a medically induced coma (or just a coma considering everything that's happened to her), and is visibly a grown young adult. I'm saying Medically Induced for the sole reason of keeping her alive as a conduit for the demon(s)/cult. I also believe Sam, her father, may also be in one of these comas but was not found or filmed. Also in the background where you hear her doctors talking, a Reddit theory is that one of the doctors sounds a bit like Wooly? Not looking too much into it, could just be a small cast that was hired for this game, but it's a thought, I guess. *The secret video of Sam where he said he didn't want to lie to his daughter but the man behind the camera said they would edit the video, could be why Amanda says she use to trust Wooly, but not anymore (i.e why I still believe Sam is Wooly). They could've edited that small bit of video to make Sam say she could trust them. That's all for now and it was a lot to type haha 😅

I think it’s interesting that Woolie keeps trying to get the game back on track and Amanda is still following the script but is always passively rebelling. I think Woolie is literally a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He lured Rebecca into the tapes by pretending to be her friend and then when she tried to leave he pull rug out from underneath her, but Amanda (Rebecca now fully integrated into the show) somehow got power and now is the one in control, but even then she still can’t leave. So now Woolie spends his time feebly trying to get Amanda and story back on track (kinda reminds me of the Hameln guy trying to get Sam to read the script) while Amanda just suffers and gets more and more resentful of Woolie and her surroundings.

This was AWESOME. The first game was really neat, and the implication of the deeper story was really cool, but it felt like it never really got the chance to take it anywhere. In this now, though, it feels like the plot has FULLY left the station for crazy town, and I love it. You all absolutely killed it sweeping through the whole thing in one go (minus a few little box-shaped hiccups) and getting to experience it all in one video was a freakin TREAT. Thanks boys! Can't hardly wait for the next game.

I love how during the first puzzle to even start the game Jesse's saying how they're overthinking and immediately taking a left turn into thinking too much about things.. then they pop in the tape and *immediately* they're trying so hard to look for things that they're not even really paying attention. Usually the best option is to watch the tape fully one time then subsequent times you pause and look for things.

As I said, Jesse starts off saying they're overthinking and then they immediately start overthinking *everything* throughout the whole game. Still a great video and fun to watch but they were trying way too hard to find meaning in every little thing that they were missing out on what's actually shown to them.

Also, the Possum might just be Jordan as you all guessed, as he only said her name when she made it inside the Library. I think he was trying to get out to warn or reunite with her! This is AMAZING you got such an amazing ending. Also the fact that the monster at the end was a mutant rat, which is both Hameln's logo and a reference to the Pied Piper from Hamelin and the rats he led. The possum is definitely Joanne's brother. This game is incredibly well designed. It always gives just enough easy stuff to get started, but the end isn't too far if you have to brute force it. For instance the code 5013. 3 is given and 5 is easy to figure out, that only leaves the middle two digits. Instead of like 74, it's just 01. By just going 1-2-3-4-5, you either get it instantly, or get it after 11 attempts. That and the copier giving hints that are useful without solving things, is also great. Absolute masterclass in design.
