Hi. Does the ceiling light from the room help ? Or should we turn of the room light ?

Because I’m using strobes, the strobe lights overpower any other lighting in the studio. I didn’t have any ceiling lights on during this shoot though. If you’re using continuous light you would want to turn off all other lights so you have more control.

Totally personal preference 😊 Both are great brands. I personally love Canon. But Sony camera take amazing photos as well.
