I stumbled across your vlog after being in the Bighorn MTNS in Wy. I was looking for ways to become braver in camping in the outdoors. We stay at airbnbs but looking for ways to cut costs so we can travel more and be outdoors. Love this video! Fall is my favorite season.

Amanda, you are like my sister from another mister. Seriously, I love the simple things like the wind rustling through the leaves, the leaves falling, the smell of the cool crips air, just everything. I also feel so full and refreshed when I get out there! I am Texas so it's not a beautiful as that, but I do try to find pretty places! I just have gone on my first solo camping trip and I am hooked! Thanks for your videos - I love these - just feel like we are there with you!

I love that you share your experiences outdoors! I have been enjoying your videos for a couple of years now and I have to say they were always entertaining and informative but I want to point out how they have improved. I love how the video quality seems to have improved and how much more polished they seem. And yet you keep the videos simple with your input / content mixed with a nice balance of the music. Keep up the good work so I can appreciate from afar. Someday I will get out there somewhere for a camping/back packing road trip.

@alpineamanda4 жыл бұрын
Fall takes the cake! Are you in CO or closer to UT here? I have never seen Aspens in person, hopefully next year! Can you link the yellow water bottle? I can't see what size it is. Do you plan to do snow camping? I know you have done some winter trips but you should def consider it if you haven't tried it yet! It is magical, just like fall but even better! All the love to you! the other Amanda from WA lol
@amanda.outside4 жыл бұрын
Hey Amanda :) I was in UT in this video! We have lots of aspen trees here! The water bottle is a Hydro Flask 32oz. It's a great size. I have a couple bottles and this is the size I use most often. I haven't thought too much about winter camping yet. I tend to escape down to the desert in the winter months, but I do want to do more snowshoeing this year!
@alpineamanda4 жыл бұрын
@@amanda.outside Maybe I should relocate to UT! I could use some more sun in my life! What color is the Hydro Flask? I couldn't find this one which I love the colors so much! What is your favorite park or state to visit in November? We want to plan a backpacking or car camping trip with our small pups, so no parks. I am going to send you an email, please keep an eye out for it!
@amanda.outside4 жыл бұрын
@@alpineamanda I bought the water bottle at Scheels. I think it was a special edition color, but I just checked and it looks like you can still buy it on their website! I'll be on the lookout for that email.
