It’s because she’s still traumatized by the fans from the hunger games that said they cared less about her death after they realized the character she played was black. It was a bunch of teens at the time that said they cried when her character died in the book but when seeing the movie they didn’t care. They also spoke on how they were upset that the characters that they liked were the black characters(despite the book describing them as black)and not white like they assumed. I feel going through that at a young age will leave you bitter and paranoid. Especially if the people around you are feeding you that narrative.
