Help me understand how Yuriko get so many triggers? I can only count 4 😅

Nanogene Conversion makes them all Yuriko(except they are not legendary). Each of the 4 Yurikos sees 4 ninjas deal combat damage, so each one will put 4 triggers on the stack. 4×4 = 16 Yuriko triggers to resolve (although I think they all died on or before trigger 12 or so)
