kaustav mandal The one in the Thumbnail is in Traditional Chinese. The one you stated is simplified Chinese. Both are applicable.

If later new version is available, is it advisable to update ? also the link you provided for firmware file, now has some other file! Pl check. i had to get it from somewhere else.
