Another important difference is sports activities supported by GTR are less than the ones supported by Verge, like there's no tennis tracking in GTR while in verge it shows forehand, backhand and service count for tennis along with heart rate and calories. So if like me you're going to use it for specific activity beware, and ensure which activities are supported.

The Lemfo Lem5 was my first smartwatch, beautiful but crappy battery time. Then the Gear s3 which I sold to get a Gear s2 because my wrist is small. After some months the galaxy watch 42mm came out and I got it but it was kinda thick. Finally I got the 42mm gtr silver and I stopped wearing any of my previous watches. Amazing design and amazing battery life.

Hello! Would like to know if the Verge Liite has like the original verge the Low Light Mode available or as some say always on display! Some reviews I've seen people having that feature on? please if you could let me know how to turn on that feature that'll be great! Thank you in advance!

What are your insights on the Sport tracking part? You did not go into details about that? Are they the same in terms of GPS and Heart Rate accuracy ?

The GPS of GTR is a disaster. I am not sure about the verge since never used it. Sold my GTR yesterday and ordered a Garmin Venu.

Chandan Kabat it takes 5 minutes to locate the gps most of the time. Sometimes it fails to locate at the end of the first trial. The gps tracking is off the roads and goes in to the buildings in many occasions.

Dan what is your comment regarding battery life when you used non stop notifications? For my unit I rarely used GPS, Aod turned off, notifications sms and WhatsApp on (roughly about 700 message per day). My battery only last for 6 days it is acceptable?

I do own Amazfit GTR. And i can honestly say : GPS tracking with this watches is just horrible. Never buy them, if you want to use them for gps sport tracking.
