Same. I pretty much refuse to use recipes that don't use weighted measurements. Sometimes the difference can be as much as 50%!

I know, right? I've always disliked how "1 cup" wouldn't always be 250ml due to the different densities of the ingredients themselves. It's really nice to get the mass, as it's much easier to work with.

JUST tried these today. The house smelled amazing! I love earl gray, and I usually add honey to my tea when I drink a cup. I modified the recipe a little to include about a half tablespoon of juice from an orange WITH the zest, and a bit of honey to the glaze. It was delicious, thank you!

John, I personally gotta thank you for you and your videos. They have upped my baking and cooking game soo tremendously. I never realized that I had such a passion for baking/cooking until recently. I've gotten compliments from families, friends and even my neighbors. Yesterday I made your cheesecake recipe, and one of the front door men told me that it was "one of the best cakes I've ever had." I made your blueberry muffins one time, and my uncle said that it was the best muffin he's ever had, and he wasn't exaggerating. Also, these look amazing! Earl grey is my favorite type of tea.

This is the recipe I've been dreaming of! I've been dying to bake with infused butter and this was the perfect chance! I started yesterday and wow! When you said the browned butter with vanilla smelled good, I believed you but I was not prepared for _how heavenly_ it would smell! Once it was chilled the smell really reminded me of homemade salted caramel, which is one of my favourite things ever. I still have to cut and bake the cookies and I just can't wait!!

I have the same Bees Wrap sheets! I wasn't sure what they were for when I got it in a White Elephant, nice to know I can use them as a wax sheet for baking!

I LOVE mine and use them in place of platic wrap and Tin Foil. Just can't use them for warm/hot things :) Also have Meliwraps with are very similar and come in different sizes.

This recipe is really reaaaaaaaaaally good. All my family and friends love it! Though I don’t know why my dough always came out more watery and not holding so I had to constantly add more flours before I could cut and freeze them.
