@@SebGd4 amp damage is pretty early, maybe act 2? Lower resist is probably act 5 or maybe nm act 1. Someone else may have to confirm this though

Some other good early crafted items for starting are: - Blood belt: 5-10% Open Wounds - Blood Amulet: 1-4% Life leech and 5-10% Faster Run/Walk - Caster Mask: 1-4% Mana leech is very useful if you haven't found a decent piece of equipment that has it See you at ladder!

I can recommend topazes. Even earlier. My helm on Normal has 2 slots. Put one perfect skull cause I needed the mana regen and a Topaz. I also have a gem in my shield that increases magical item find and a charm. I have over 60% now. There is a clear difference between the gear I got before and after.

Blood gloves and blood belt can be crucial early on for melee characters sources of open wounds and crushing blow.

Not sure if anyone commented, but Naj's staff sure costs a lot to repair. However, you can repair with an ort rune and just a chipped gem IIRC. Super cheap considering Ort really isn't hard coming by since Countess exists x)

caster belts are nice, they can get you to the 63fcr breakpoint when you re running spirit and stealth; another belt thats nice early on is an 80+ life plate belt, you can buy them lvl 58+

I use caster belt. And U forgot about Ort+chipgem to recharge teleport staff. Have good blodgloves - 20ias/crush/double leach/prez/life, just no 2java, bot do not have a buyer )), may be I'll give it to my barb when he grew up ))). Rly it is many options to do on every step of advancing. Crafts - is one of it. There is good theme - best PPL for (different) farming. U can farm unics, runes, bases, so not every time more people means better drop.

he didnt say it, but put a picture beside him of the formula, check again but you just need a belt/sharkskin belt/vampirefang belt + p amy + ith + any jewel and cube it, its most useful above lvl 30, better at 71 and best at 90+ lvl

@@theoneonly2406 you can make as many as you can, but those lvls are the recomenden ones so you get better and more affixes, after lvl 71 you get 6 affixes always, and after 85-90 you cam get plus 2 skills on amys

1:08 This is just not true. The majority of characters would prefer ancient pledge over rhyme, especially for budget. ~25 all res has way more value than 25 mf in most cases. The same value ratio for all res and mf is around 2:1 or 3:1. For instance, 3 topez in helm is like 72% mf which have roughly the same value of 30 all res from ort ral and thul rune. For a budget character, 30 all res is way more valuable than 30% mf, because of this, which means ancient pledge is way more valuable than rhyme. I understand you want to make the video "fun" by giving more hippie options, but misleading players is also not good. Rhyme is probably only good on melee or to moat trick meph.

Misleading players? As if he's got some malicious intent to get ahead in ladder by telling people about a rhyme shield instead of ancients pledge...give me a break. If you were paladin or barb or even assassin with fade then res isn't as big of a deal and rhyme could easily be a better option. Not misleading at all.

Assassin with fade... maybe. but even for this character. 3 topez helm and then a ledge (72 mf, 48 all res) would be better than a ryhme and a ort ral thul helm (25mf, 55 all res). Like I said, 1mf is just way less valuable than 1all res, unless you totally don't need extra res (like with anni and torch in the late game). i prefer rhyme on my pally cause the block rate scales better to harder dificulties and i get more life =) edit: AND cannot be frozen for a melee is a must!

Seriously, how often do you play a budget melee build without raven? "i prefer rhyme on my pally cause the block rate scales better to harder dificulties and i get more life" There is an argument there, but from my experience. A 4 socket paly shield with spirit or 4 p diamonds are still way better.... again, ryhem is just a hipster choice that is almost always worse than a cheaper alternative in most cases. I can only think of 2 situations: melee, or moat trick mephisto where rhyme is better.
