Cooking skills is where food can truely satisfy a person in both presentation and taste. I've never said rice was crappy food, but there should be better standards at a restaurant then rice and eggs

I tottaly agree. There is more to cooking good food than trowing an egg around. And its true, and egg rice and some veggies cmon man, I bet you overpayed for that shitty food :P plus what makes it worse is that he tries to makes his food with lightning speed not caring or taking the time to perfectionize. What he makes in this video is my lunch when I feel like it, if I go to a restaurant I would like to have some high quality food. I gues the show is nice but ey you know there's a circus in town :P

ipk93 When you make fried rice and leave the scrambled egg on heat for 5m, it's going to come out very leathery and dry. Also the rice has no meat nor veggies nor aromatic (garlic/ginger/shallot/chili/peppercorn). It's crappy fried rice

So there’s this place in a city not far from my own where they cook like this, but the meals produced are great. They would slice an onion up and pull it up by each layer, spray extra virgin olive oil in, and would light it on fire, then they would chop it up into small bits while it was burning. . They would also take whatever meal you ordered and cook it with tricks. They would also give you some soup before the meal. The soup is a tasty broth w/ some veggies added. They would also throw eggs up into the air and slice them in half which would leak the contents onto the cooking area.

When I first saw this in Michigan (10 years ago), I was amazed, but now I think its more show that real substance, for example I really see no reason to be moving the egg like that or knocking the salt can like that....still its good to see once in a while...
