Amazing Indie Games You (Probably) Missed!

What a fun collection of games. I love the variety of things that you play, and no matter what you talk about I always end up adding something to my wishlist. Showgunners was already on my wishlist but I think I'm going to get this one at the next sale. It looks so good and at less than 20 hours, it'll make for a great holiday break game. ) I really should play Obra Dinn too. I know I would love that one. The Fabulous Fear Machine was an interesting piece for me. I dismissed it out of hand as you started to talk about it (horror, art style), but as you talked about it more it really started to grab me. Added to the wishlist! I seem to be really good at finding 100+ hour games on my own, so I also appreciate that you have a lot of games that are modest to complete. All 3 of these I found will take less than 20 hours each, even for a slow gamer like me.

I do like to switch it up every once in a while. Can't go for just heartbreak 100% of the time 😂 I think you're gonna enjoy Showgunners, it's such a fun romp, not too difficult and the mechanics are super solid. The last boss fight in particular was SOOOO satisfying! I always knew I would love Obra Dinn and it did not disappoint, just a really solid deduction game. I loved that one so much, it really kept me going until the end! I'm happy to help! And I enjoy these smaller games, so you can always count on me!

I’ve heard of Slay the Princess! Looks like one I’ll have to check out! Really like the concept of the This Bed we Made too!

Nice! Glad you got to Obra Dinn. That was such a unique and fun game. With a fantastic soundtrack too! Happy to hear Thirsty Suitors was good! I'd had that on my list since I saw your preview of it earlier, and just downloaded it on Game Pass!

Absolutely, that soundtrack is currently on my playlist, too! Just so fun and sea faring-ly 😂 I had a blast with that game! It’s completely insane but sooooo wholesome!

Love the Prolouge of The Return of the Obra Dinn played it awhile ago and defo better than expected so likely a good one on my list I'll look to be getting. OH MY YES the Fear Machine is one I want to get I saw a playthrough 3 weeks ago and boy it looks awesome so glad you've also given it the Lile Seal of Approval! Great collection and variety of games showcased as well. really love these videos and the new format worked a treat!

I can only recommend Obra Dinn, it's a really fun game. It also gets quite tough and you really need to use your noggin' but I loved it! IT'S SO GOOD! I don't play strategy games like that super often but this one kept me engaged throughout the playthrough because the mechanics worked well and they switched it up continously. And the ART! Thank you!!
