Amazing Key Lime Pie (Rich, Smooth & Perfectly Tangy!)

My grandma used to make something she called "Lemon Delicious", which was 3 lemons (zest and juice) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, one small carton of sour cream (300g) and a packet (280g) of marshmallows. She would mix the milk and cream together with a whisk, then stir in the juice and zest, which immediately thickens it. Lastly stir through cut up marshmallows, then store in the fridge overnight. Its incredibly tangy, and the texture change from the marshmallows makes it really yum.

Hello Anya! You had me at key lime pie, not too sweet !! hahahah … I do not like overly sweet desserts which is why I don’t eat store bought desserts , unless it’s from the Asian desserts shop. My son’s favourite dessert is key lime pie and we aren’t seeing it as option to buy at Asian’s stores. His birthday is coming up in few months …so yeah …I will be making one for him 😊. Thank you for this video 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If mine turns out as great as yours, then it will become a staple for my family gatherings. Oh …BTW .. you had a wonderful Mother’s Day !! This looks good, but here in Florida, it would not be considered the traditional way to make Key Lime Pie. Key Limes are preferred.
