Their's alot in the bare bones of that machine that is very well thought out. I also see alot about that machine that could very easily turn a stressful day into an absolute nightmare for someone that doesn't know that machine thoroughly.

Very nice pump, l bet it pumps like no other piston pump you have been operating 😉 Looking forward to see it in action I been driving a 2014 liebherr since it was new, still drives it today. Have the same kind of display with the outriggers and presure sensors on the supportlegs. But the pump only have degree sensors on the A bom and the turn, the other boms have only magnetic sensors to tell if the boms are open or not. I have to connect a datalogger to disengage the safety system. It still pumps quiet and super smooth like when its was new. Im surprised it dont come with hydrulic hatch under the hopper. Keep up the good work making videos 👍

Lol "my" first water wash was on the phone, with a 65m, after my buddy had a hard spot to pop out into. Used my old timers sayings, plus your "forward 2 strokes, then reverse", and had him pull a sponge after. Don't wanna do it that way again, but it worked. I'll keep my sponges lol I would really like to get my hands on a 47m liebherr. They seem like good units. We have a crane man working for us, and he has nothing but good things to say about em.....

Okay, so I quite honestly went into this super excited about the outriggers and stability assist, but a little sceptical of the pump kit seeing as it does use an accumulator. After spending the day with it and pumping some concrete (part 2 coming next week), the pump kit is actually the thing which most impressed me about this machine. It is wicked quiet/smooth and will pump along at only 1000 rpm with no problem. That being said, I need to spend some time with the new iLS pump kits from Putz to make an accurate/apples-apples comparison. I have heard those pump kits are also incredibly smooth.

@@canadianconcretepumper1979 yeah my 2024 (that the boss lets me play with) is super smooth! I have the same modes as your high pressure 39. I've pump out a 180m3 chicken barn at the top 1000 rpm setting running 4 to 5 (on the straight aways after the placers get there wet screeds in) and the engine wasn't even strained. My senior operator has the 2023 38rz, he runs the eco mode. I just can't do it, i cringe when that rpm reaches 1200 when the truck isn't working the load need for it.

So part 2 (coming next week) we take her out and pump some concrete. Unfortunately, there was no pipe-slapping to be heard is we poured just some residential walls and footings. Another contributing factor to the lack of pipe slapping could be that the pump kit is absolutely wicked smooth!!! You’ll definitely want to check that video out.

Why can't Mack get a new cabin, what's the problem? You have such nice long-hoods in America, but the Cab-over don't look good. Pitt, but otherwise a cool pump. The pump is no different than in Germany.😉

I fully agree with that statement. Apparently there’s talk of a software update which would allow the electronic stability functions to be switched off with a key. Something definitely needed for our North American market I would say.

Big Difference from the PUMP'S I started on when I was Young NO REMOTE not even a Cable Remote back then it was Leavers and you had to run it from the deck a SCHWING Gate valve pump and we had a HYDROSEAL and THOMSON and they where Hard Work here in Dublin IRELAND how much things have changed since I started on pump's in the 80s as a Kid. You whould not be allowed to have a kid on a Job today with all the health and safety B,S

over engineered....seems built to please a owner for a less educated crew... not trying to put anybody down...an operator needs less tech as possible and reliability...Liebher should try a more analog approach.....make it operator friendly....my opinion

It’s an interesting conversation for sure. As an operator, this short-rig system opens up an entirely new world of possibilities. That being said, as an owner, it’s probably not a machine you could toss just any operator onto with the expectation that they’d be able to fully utilize all of the features. I LOVE this pump for me, but in all fairness, I’m also a ginormous pump nerd whom embraces most of the techy type stuff. I’d happily ride off into he sunset with 36 meter, 5 section RZ version of this same pump.
