Also love how 2 copies of the box set is really solid with a full unit of 6 rampagers, a krootox rider with tanglebomb and and one with the Kroot Gun, the melee and ranged variants of the War Shaper, and I can easily see using 40 or more carnivores for Kroot with characters leading each. And I imagine it should be easy to sell the second book to a tau player who uses the regular tau army instead of kroot since the art is battlesuit focused

Oh aye, for someone wanting a full Kroot force 2 boxes are a fantastic starting point and totally agree the codex will be an easy sell on if you do! Just need to stop myself doing that 😂

I do wish/hope we get a big model like a knarloc, or something for anti-armour. So that I can field a full kroot list without crying the second i encounter anything with a toughness higher than 5.

Oh 100% I can imagine a mounted character coming from the teaser, but a nice centrepiece would be incredible!

We’ve seen a couple more models on Warhammer community (Kroot Shaper and Kroot lone operative on mount) but I think there is still one left to be shown off. Hopefully a centrepiece model 🤞
