I have added subtitles in 60 languages.
Not only does he say Muhammad was a genuine prophet of God but nearly all of his Christian theologian colleagues think so too!
Keith Ward is an English Anglican priest, philosopher, and theologian. He is a fellow of the British Academy, a priest of the Church of England, and was Regius Professor of Divinity at the University of Oxford from 1991 to 2004.

Who was the "Gabriel" in the Quran? ------------------------------------------------------- Background ------------------- God promised a saviour messiah in the Old Testament long before the birth of Jesus. Isaiah 7:14 ( written in 740 BC) Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. ( Immanuel means God with us. Messiah would be born of a virgin.) Isaiah 9:6-7 ( 740 BC) For to us a child is born to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders . And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this. And many other prophecies in the Old Testament: Micah 5:2 (735 BC) “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” - Messiah would be born in Bethelehem. Genesis 3:15 (1445 BC) And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” - Messiah would be born of a woman. Isaiah 53:5-6 & 10 ( 740 BC) But he was pierced for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.....10Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. Angel Gabriel according to the Bible. ------------------------------------------ Angel Gabriel announced the birth of Jesus Christ. Luke 1:26-38 (60AD) 26 In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” ...31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High.The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.“How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God. Angel Gabriel according to the Quran ------------------------------------------ Surah 2:97 ( 632 AD) Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Whoever is an enemy of Gabriel should know that he revealed this ˹Quran˺ to your heart by Allah’s Will, confirming what came before it-a guide and good news for the believers.” What did the Quran Gabriel reveal? 1. Jesus is not the Son of God. 2. Jesus did not die for the sins of mankind. ( Surah 4:157 ; Surah 4: 171 ; Surah 5:116 ) Conclusion ------------------- It totally contradicts the prophecies written in the Old Testaments and the writings of the New Testaments that Jesus is the saviour of the world that God had promised and the path to salvation. The angel Gabriel that is in the Quran is not the real angel Gabriel but the Devil in disguised , bringing *fake revelations* . 2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light." John 10:10-29 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. No wonder Muhammad was demon possessed. ------------ Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 660: Narrated Aisha: "Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to *think that he had *sexual relations* with his wives while he actually had not* (Sufyan said: That is the *hardest kind of magic* as it has such an effect)...." (see: Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 75, Number 400) The Jesus of Quran is not the same as Jesus of the Bible. Just like the Jesus of the Hindu is just another Jesus - avatar of their gods- Rama, Krishna, etc or Buddhists believe that Jesus was an 'enlightened ' man or a wise teacher. New age movement believers maintain Jesus was a wise moral teacher. But the true Jesus had revealed himself as God in the Bible. 1 John 5:12 "Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life." Better dont receive any hidayah from a false prophet. Koran is false.. Why ? 1. No eyewitness or testimony on Jesus. Muhammad never met or talked to Jesus before ; how could he testified about Jesus 600 years later whom he never met before ? It is just like calling Obama a Japanese man by someone in year 2621. 2. If Allah in Quran cannot define Trinity correctly, how could it be divinely inspired? In the Quran , Trinity comprises Allah , Jesus and Mary which is wrong. Trinity in the Bible is : Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Surah 5:116 "And as Allah said, "O Isa son of Maryam, (Jesus son of Mary) did you say to mankind, "Take me and my mother to your selves as two gods, apart from Allah '?" He said, All Extolment be to You! In no way is it for me to say what I have no right to. In case I ever said it. then You already know it. You know whatever is within my self, and I do not know what is within Your Self; surely You, Ever You, are The Superb Knower of the Things Unseen." 3. Quran and hadith are full of foolish delusions. e.g. 1 (Al- Bukhari Volume 4, Book 54, Number 537) If a fly drop into your drinks , one of the wings is poisonous, the other wing is the cure said Quran .So Quran advice dipping the whole fly . Wow..to get maximum germs😆😆? ....Tell the scientist all over the world that flies are good for your health. e.g.2 Have you ever seeing monkeys acting this way? (Sahih Al- Bukhari , Book 58, Hadith 188) Narrated 'Amr bin Maimun: During the pre-lslamic period of ignorance I saw a she-monkey surrounded by a number of monkeys. They were all stoning it, because it had committed illegal sexual intercourse. I too, stoned it along with them. 4. Scientific errors in the Quran. a. Sun sets in a murky water ----------------------- Sura 18: 85-86 "He [i.e. Zul-qarnain] followed, until he reached the setting of the sun. He found it set in a spring of murky water." Sunan Abu Daud No : 4002 Narrated Abu Dharr: I was sitting behind the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم who was riding a donkey while the sun was setting. He asked: Do you know where this sets ? I replied: Allah and his Messenger know best. He said: It sets in a spring of warm water (Hamiyah). Explanation: According to this surah, Alexander the Great traveled west until he found out what happened to the sun. It went down into and under the murky waters of a pond. When it was completely covered by the water, darkness fell upon the earth.Darkness came when the sun went down under the dark waters of a pond. The mistake was based on the erroneous assumption that the earth was flat. b. Mule is not created. ------------------------------------ Sura 16:8 "He also created˺ horses, mules, and donkeys for your transportation and adornment. And He creates what you do not know." Explanation: Mules are the offspring of a female horse and a male donkey. But mules generally can’t reproduce on their own. There are mismatches in horse and donkey DNA. Humans have bred mules for thousands of years and they are not created like the horse and donkeys. c.Allah created all things in pairs. -------------------------------------------------------- Sura 36:36 "Glory to Allah, Who created in pairs all things that the earth produces, as well as their own (human) kind and (other) things of which they have no knowledge." Explanation: Some snails are considered hermaphrodites, which means they have both male and female reproductive organs .Also, many bacteria, protists, fungi, and plants reproduce asexually ( without sex organs). 5. Muhammad's character a big question, not befitting a prophet. Sunan Abu Dawud, Number 2116 "Aisha said: The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) married me when I was seven years old. The narrator Sulaiman said: Or six years. He had intercourse with me when I was nine years old. " Surah 23:6 "And they who guard their private parts except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed " Sex for Dihya then pass it to Muhammad ( who condoned rape) Bukhari Volume 3, Book 34, Number 431: "Narrated Anas: Amongst the captives was Safiya. First she was given to Dihya Al-Kalbi and then to the Prophet." Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Accept Him as your Savior and Lord. John 14:6 “I am the way and the TRUTH and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” www.yestofuture.byethost5.com

@@mir3877 we don't label ourselves , Allah labelled us as muslims and told us to call ourselves as such . In many verses in the Quran Allah stresses this idea , that whenever someone or people rejected the dawah turn away from them and say I am a muslim. So I don't think you should look down at labels as you called them and a muslim sinner is still a muslim and way better than non muslims . So this man is more wrong than an average Christian who is basically ignorant for rejecting islam.

In a hadith it was said that his fate was to be put in the shallowest part of Hell, having to put on a sandal made of Hellfire that is enough to make his brain boil. @@jeanclaudepierrot2971 no he S.A.W didn't curse Christians of Najran. There was a prayer duel decided. The Christians said to themselves that if Prophet Muhammad includes his ummah in the prayer then he will be a false prophet. But if he brings his family in the prayer duel, then he must be a true prophet because how can someone who is false prophet, willingly bring curse upon their family if they should be lying. The next day Christians saw that prophet Muhammad brought his family with him. Upon seeing that, the Christians were reluctant to do the mubahala. So prayer duel actually never happened.

@@tahanafis4970 Well I'm only going by Muhammad Husayn Tabataba'iin Al- Muzan. Muhamnad proposed cursing Al- Muhabala towards the end of his life, Christians and Jews did not see eye to eye with one another about Jesus. In one of the earliest chapters in History of Muslim Christian relations a delegation of Christians from Narjan visited Muhammad to discuss differences with Muhammad about Jesus. After 3 days of dialogue, differences between Christians and Muslims remained. To settle these differences, Muhammad proposed a curse called Mubahala. A Muhabala is a mutual curse in which God is called upon to act as judge ( e.g. may God curse the one who is wrong). The proposed curse is recorded in Quran 3:59-61. Tafsir explains the event of Muhabala was less about the confrontation with Narjan Christians but more about the authority of Muhammad and his claim of prophethood. It was because the Christians refused to believe in the Islamic version of Jesus as simply a Prophet from God and not his Son as Christians believe. That's what invoked Muhamnad's cursing them with Muhabala.

@@jeanclaudepierrot2971 read the tafsir again: the Mubahala never happened. Christians were reluctant. They were scared. Prophet Muhammad was ready for it. It shows us that prophet Muhammad was sure about his prophethood. Read other tafsirs too of the same ayah.

Sir, excellent interview. Keep up the good work. One true GOD, call HIM by any name, GOD, ALLAH, YAHWEH, ISHWAR, or WAHEGURU. It is HE who has revealed many ways/paths/faiths/traditions to seek HIM, to different groups of people in their own language, by a blessed messenger from amongst them. Dig deep into your own tradition first, look for the essence which is hiding in plain sight, and God willing, one may find therein, HE who is above all else. I believe that as one gradually begins to feel the presence of HIM, he/she will realize the folly of belittling other traditions, and appreciate the diversity and beauty in different ways of seeking HIM. There will not remain a need to proselytize going forward. May all the seekers be blessed with enlightenment.

@@khalidyoussef4117 "Finally it is only those whom Allah the Almighty guide to his path who accept Islam."- I agree with this statement. However, Allah the Almighty and the Illah of the Bible are two different personas. This is why mainly miraculous interventions in their lives can bring change. But a well defined understanding of truth and its objectivity and its primacy may cause persons to make those changes as are necessary. Last point, the concept of this being a muslim christian dialogue is not sufficient in light of what happens at the end. If people are self-serviing, self-seeking and self-preserving generally then no one of us must be at ease until he or she has solid irrefutable personal evidence of his belief. Why? because hell is one of the two options at the end of this road. It doesn't make sense going to hell because one ardently believed in a lie. It just is not sensible. It is horrifically ridiculous to be quite honest. Imagine facing God Almighty with a lie and then telling him that you couldn't really know the truth because you were afraid, or your culture, or you were deceived or that was all you knew, etc.,...

All the Muslims that I have ever met in my life were all friendly nice people. I wish all Christians were like them, but unfortunately they aren't. They don't practice their religion or read the Gospels. Jesus said, In order to enter the Kingdom of God you must be born again". What does " to be born again " mean? It means to be a new person. A person of " Spirit" filled by the Holy Spirit with kindness and compassion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus also said," In order to enter the Kingdom of God, you must enter as a child'. What did he mean by that? To act like a little child? Well, not really. Jesus meant to be humble, and have an innocent attitude. Akin as a sweet, innocent child. If we could remember what that was like. Salam and may the peace of Jesus Christ remain with you.

An amazing thing about languages as can be seen in many of the English words we use is the double deeper meanings they hold that express a deeper meaning for life. In this way Language is a gauge of our ability to see and express the greater truth using key words that express it. The word express itself has two meanings, to get to our destination directly with out going round and round in circles or diverting off in the wrong direction. When the truth is expressed correctly, it does directly that, gets straight to the actual truth, not diverted by myths and misunderstandings. Words in English like for-given which actually refers to another deeper meaning than our wrongs forgotten from our record, as the word for-gotten, also has a deeper meaning. That being here alive, given this life in advance, means it has been fore-given to us as a gift. Not to re-cognise this is a grave error that should never be forgotten. As members of a race who has forgotten where we actually came from. That everything we think we have gotten of our own doing in life is actually just a falacy, an illusion that we play with our own lives in our dis-connected state of ignorance, that by not re-cognising where the source of everything that has been given in advance in this life truly comes from. To re-connect with this greater truth is actually the root meaning of what Re-ligion actually means from its Latin origin. Re: means again Ligion from ligare, to join or connect (like the word ligaments that join bones to muscles) So the only real true.meaning of religion worthy of holding onto is the re-connecting the spiritual truth of our existence back with the truth that The Only True Sponsor of All, having fore-given life to us for us, asks for a re-sponse from us by using the abilities we have been given to make a spontainious re-connection with Him in a true way in our actual lives. Not a diverted false path of our own. That is what to re-member also reaaly means in its deeper context, to re-join back with where we really come from. To join the one common-unity with Our True Creator The whole point of communication is to be able to express truth among ourselves, so that as a larger group, we can stand up to-gether gathered in unity all holding the same common beliefs to uphold our true Re-spons-ibilities, this life is really demanding of us. Not to how to the myths and deceipt humanity follows down its own path of destruction. It is no mistake that these deeper meanings are there in these English words, or that they do point towards a Higher truth in this life, for us all to see and look up to, (to really under-stand) The many important words that point toward the greater truth life is founded on, do so because they were imported to English because of there high value. Just as goods are imported in this modern greed oriented lifestyle we now live in. To truly under-stand life means exactly that what it says to be under means to look up to a higher calling, it requires putting our egos and self centred mentality aside not being higher than others arogant, or self important. Instead lowering our selves to be in a humble position to be able to look up to see the higher spiritual cause of life that is sustaining everything in its place. So that those of us who are willing to stand up for what is right can do so. To truly under-stand life really refers to the exact same concept and root meaning as sub-mission does. To be in a humble state, stand up for what is right in this life, is our true mission. Sub and under both refer to that same location we must lower ourselves to. That same place all The Prophets referred to who submitted to The Will Of Our OneTrue Sponsor and they by re-sponded fullfilled their roles as the lights and guides for humanity to follow. the (Messianic age that ran along side the deceipt of this world holding the truth and the true cause life is Really for, bringing their messages as a light for the nation's anointing the only true path for humanity to follow) These everyday important words we use that were im-ported from past languages that still hold their clear messages in tact , is our way of seeing the greater truth (as a port) still holding the keys that unlocks the heart of the same one true message Islam also professes. Even the word re-spect which actually means to look again, to know it is only when we do take the time to look again, by con-templating our lives correctly that can find the correct template for our lives to follow. It is only when we start to re-spect life correctly by looking again that we do not tread on, or destroy other vulnerable aspects of life we were fore-given the re-sponse-ability to safe guard. Not to turn this planet into a human Disney World of our own commercial interests that only cares about what we can get out if it for ourselves while it lasts. Having forgotten why we are really here, or what our true place on earth was actually put here for. To protect and per-fect our role on the planet to tend it , safeguarding all its in-credible aspects of life we are a part of. Not to dominate it and make our own version of life that only cares about ourselves and nothing or no one else. A world lost in the selfish greed and lies of humans self importance, run from within a false economy that does not even recognise the true unseen spiritual reality underpinning all existence. This ignorant mental blindness of a race that has created a completely false idology denying lifes true cause. It is no error that we call this false system by the same root word used 'a false icons' This false economic model we now live by domination all our lives, is not less than to he same false idolistical mentality of the past worshiping false idols. As those first pagan popes of dagon, came up with, when they put fish heads on to claim they could take away the guilt feeling people felt killing innocent creatures. The true reason sacrifices were ordained as a way of removing the guilt of killing animals. As in the past those who were much more human than we are were in touch with life than now, who will happily stand by eating inhumanily caged and enslaved life without the slightest care whether it's life matters or not. (Not HalAl) It is we who are the most evil ones on this planet, the sum of all the wrongs done accumulating generation after generation that this sorry state of inhuman activity, now leading us astray has come to associate with, as a normal lifestyle. Pretending to be on the right path, when in fact we have long since strayed far from the true path of submission to Our Creator's plan that He had for us when giving us this life as a form of credit in advance. It's is only when we actually realise how in-cred-ible life really is, not taking it for granted, by recognising this life is being granted to us, that we can begin to repay the debt of gratitude required to overcome the ignorance of not knowing Our Creator is spontainiously sustaining this Uni-verse by his command, holding all things in their place so that his plan is fulfilled exactly as was intended. Also giving those who wish to come back, by re-membering where the source of all life really originates from. To live in the correct human way using our abilities allow us to re-connect with this life the right way around. One path, one true Re-ligion. No other! There is no other path than this. No man made concept that can make up rituals to overcome the evil of our actions. Humanity unless it holds this true cause for life is evil, live the wrong way around. live-evil lived-devil (De: means away from to deviate, deviated, the past tense of having lived incorrectly arriving at that fully developed deviated destination, where the destruction of this life giving planet happens).

4:45 "that's the way of thinking of God Which I feel has demanded my loyalty" ... Beautiful and absolutely true. And I would double down that he _is in fact a Muslim_ ... he is just staying loyal to the "sharia and way (manhaj)" as mentioned in sura 5.

What does "sharia" mean? I am not a Muslim
@QuranicIslam
@QuranicIslam 3 жыл бұрын
@@johnbrzykcy3076 It basically means "law". The word actually comes from the word "street", the idea being that you are subject to the law when you are on the street outside your home, while inside your home is your business. I was referring to the very important verse, ignored by many Muslims, that shows God has never intended for all mankind to be of one religion, nor for that religions He Himself revealed should be completely replaced by the last one and disappear. A verse which comes after a number of verses discussing the Torah and Injeel and encouraging the people of those scriptures to actually follow those scriptures, and if they don't then they are "Kafirun". Then it turns to Muhammad regarding the scripture given to him and how he likewise should lead his people by it; _"And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them [ie your people] by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you [all peoples/nations] We given a [different] law (sharia) and a method (minhaj). And had Allah willed, He would have made you all just one nation [united in one religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given each of you; so all of you race [each other] to all that is good [deeds]. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ"_ The key is to "race to goodness", whether with the laws and spiritual methods (way) of Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc ... It is then for God to inform us, and according to this verse not judge us but just inform us, regarding those things over which the nations differed. We don't need to settle those differences here.

You are awesome. I am really hooked on your series. Your demeanour in presenting is exemplary and Muslim preachers and scholars should emulate you. You argue or present in the best of ways as ordered by the Quran. I believe our beloved Prophet and all other Prophets of God were an epitome of gentleness and grace and cultural finesse . Utmost respect and admiration for Keith for declaring courageously his conviction. Allah bestows honour on whom He wills and degrades whom He wills. I would like to share a prophetic Hadith: Rasool Allah (SAW) said: “There will come a time in my Ummah when the righteous scholars will be gone and all that remains will be an ignorant body of arrogant people. The people will ask them about their religious needs, and they will issue fatwas in the light of their own ideas for their own benefit and will both deviate themselves and lead others into deviation.” (Sahih Bukhari, Tajrid as-Sarih: 2174)
