Where on the plot will the swimming pool go? Is the installation included in the sale price?

The price is explained in the description but the swimming pool can go either directly in front of the house or to the side there is some leeway for its position. For the full €499,000 we would include an 8x4 pool and finish the entire house with render and railing or of course we can negotiate on certain things. Or you can pay the 425,000 or near offer and finish it all exactly as you like.
