you guys seem like the perfect company to meet up with at some quiet anchorage, have nice meal on the aft deck, drink some good wine and burn a jay and exchange fun stories about past nautical adventures . :)

Wish we had known you were in St Augustine. We would have love to have seen you two. Maybe on your way back. Looking forward to following your trip to Oklahoma. I didn’t even know that could be done. Let us know if you have any questions on our Tenn Tom, Mississippi or Ohio Rivers. I’m afraid going upstream on the Mississippi is going to be a slow process.

Will you be running up the Verdigris in Oklahoma to Catoosa ?

@@cowetaok - we do plan to run up to Catoosa. I’m not sure there is anywhere to stop up there so it may be a run up and back on the same day. But the only way to find out is to go. Just call us guinea pigs. 😉

@@CruisingThisOldBoat There are oxbows with small docks along the way. Tullahassee Loop Afton Landing. No fuel stops When do you expect to be up in there fish it a lot. Afton landing is a nice campground and has nice Shower house and rest rooms really close to the small dock at ramp

@@larrymoons2258 Lots of people use headsets. We did for a short time in the beginning. But we’ve been doing this so long that we each know what the other is going to do so we don’t do much talking during docking type evolutions. But for many people they are a good idea.
