Ima driver a lot of ppl mainly in their 20s come in thinking it’s an easy job with no prior real work expirience other than stocking soup in Walmart. It’s funny reading comments saying all u do is drive around how hard can it be lol. 250% turnover rate. I never see new hires longer than 2 weeks rofl

On these Ford cargo vans the track arm is a bit flexible. It might just need adjusting. But the slightest off adjustment keeps it from closing correctly. The door pin won't let it lock.

I would like to point out most amazon drivers work for a companies that gets contracted by amazon, they are nastier than amazon is to it employees. Amazon has a strict standard which in turn makes the contacted courier companies to treat their people like complete shit because of empty promises. Amazon are cunts, but its not all their fault.
