A lot of people don't know it but even the Amazon Kindle Fire 7 2015 5th generation is a great tablet for reading ebooks and listening to audiobooks I like that you can read it at night and the screen is white like paper

I have 2 of these in boxes at home, I won one at a tech conference and my father bought the 6-pack when the first came out and gave one to my son. I would love to see about the adding of the Google Play Store on it. It sounds like you are giving it a review from the proper prospective of being a dirt cheap tablet, I am quite tired hearing how it compares to a high end samsung tablet. I want to know how it delivers content and gaming like Minecraft and angry birds 2. Thanks again.

Basic tablet for doing basic functions nothing fancy and operating system is slow , I have the exact same one so I know from using it but it’s great for reading

It is on my Xmas present list as my laptop died and my old EEPC 900 is now very slow. The CPU gets used close to 100% just watching KZbin. So I'm looking for something that I can watch KZbin on, browse Facebook, game wikis and newspaper websites. All without having to spend £130 - £150 on the likes of a Google Nexus 7. I like to do that when I'm visiting relatives, to avoid total boredom from their soap operas on TV. I also play KZbin a lot on a second device while playing games on my desktop PC. Hopefully the device will manage this fine, as the quad core processor seems better than my old netbook. I can live with the lower resolution, as long as it plays KZbin videos fine.

I'm hoping there's a way to block them from making purchases or downloading or looking at things we don't want them to. They will probably use them a bit riding in the car. No, the emmc goes bad. Avoid the 2012 version

I have it and it lags so much that you wouldn't believe it. Sometimes I touch the screen and it responds like a couple of minutes later. It was very fast when I got it though.
