Amazon: paid by the hour, slow and eats up as much time as possible. UPS: union workers, paid by the hour but get great benefits. FedEX: paid by THE DAY, the faster they work the sooner they get to go home. Sources: me a former Amazon driver, now FedEx. Why FedEx, pay was better and ups won't let you drive unless you work 2-3 years in the warehouse first, under the union.
