Women like this make me sick. Its already hard enough to get away from actual abusive men that have police photos, hospital photos and videos, witness testimony and put them in jail, if they go that way. And then we have these liars looking for a payday. Its disgusting. Put these women in jail for baseless accusations cuz the next gold digger will think dozens of times before she pulls this bs.

It’s because the liberal arguments against equal punishments and equal treatment of men and women. The weird standard of women giving consent then afterwards revoking it and expecting everyone to be okay with her being a fake victim and the courts think that’s a valid argument and excuse to put an innocent man in prison and his money.

These people are social rapists and make it that much more difficult than it already is for real victims of abuse (women and men) to even tell anyone about their trauma because everyone loves blaming the actual, legitimate victim!

I had a friend who just beat a child molestation charge made by his his recent wife after he refused to give her 75% of his assets in a divorce. In a similar fashion, the court was able to finally obtain text history from her phone where she had discussed 'doing this next guy up, like the last one'. What happened to him: Lost his amazing gov't job when the charges were filed. Couldn't get a new job with the case pending. Spent four years of his life over the pandemic, and the lawyers and courts kept pushing back his case date. Suffered massively, financially. What happened to her: After she attempted to withdraw her accusation, and after proof was obtained that she was lying about the molestation... nothing at all happened to her. The gov't isn't looking for money back from her for wasting four years of the courts time. No penalty whatsoever. She gets to ruin a man's life for four years, and his reputation potentially permanently, and she gets to just walk off like it's no biggie. I say, if you are proven to have lied in court with false accusations, then you should suffer the sentence that would have been handed down to the person that was falsely accused. Maybe these women would hesitate before ruining someone's life over money. Some personal consequences are in order me thinks.

You can counter sue someone if they are proved to be lying, but that's the legal system. You have to wait until the case is done and then you can counter sue, but the reality is that most people won't continue the process due to the financial burden. You would have to be a multi millionaire to afford counter sue and since this is not a murder case, the state won't spend a dime for the sake of justice.

She filed a false police report (a crime), falsely accused someone of things that he never did (a separate crime for each false accusation), she committed perjury multiple times while under oath in a courtroom (a separate felony for each lie), and the icing on the cake is that her texts prove that it was all premeditated. This makes me sad. I am a sexual assault survivor. What happened to me when I was assaulted? I went home and shut the door so no one could see how hurt I was. I couldn’t even walk. I bled badly for days. I made the mistake of not getting treated right away. It took a lot to accept I was assaulted. It was painful to admit. I eventually did it. I built up the courage to denounce the perpetrator. It affected my soul, my everything. And here’s this girl trying to frame an innocent man. This is terrible. This is why I could not say it right away. Because of women like her. She makes it harder for an actual survivor to come out and say something! To be able to charge someone for their speech in a situation like this, you have to show that they knew what they were saying was a lie and they lied with malicious intent. As obvious as it may seem that that’s exactly what she did, it’s not that simple. Being able to prove her mindset is incredibly difficult. And if any case should be charged, it’s this one. That she could come out and say on video yeah I lied and made everything up. But Manfred still would want him blacklisted. Not for anything to do with this situation. But for what Bauer did to Manfred. Remember Bauer was the one back in 2017 who said he believed the Astro's were cheating. Manfred first ignored then denied his claim. Then in 2018 Bauer said pitcher's were using illegal sticky substances. Manfred once again ignored then denied his claim. But later when those Claim's turned out to be true. Manfred was left with egg on his face. So when this situation happened. Manfred saw his opportunity to get revenge.

The irony behind all of this is... she still secured the bag. Notoriety has always brought about publicity and money. She'll write a book, get paid by certain people for interviews, and be a part of a Netflix doc that will cover the era of false allegations and how it's damaged certain movements. This is why she's smiling and not really taking it seriously. What's extremely disgusting about women like her, is that they study everything that real victims say, in order to answer questions that have always been viewed as victim blameworthy.

? What are you talking about? Who's giving this girl a book deal or Netflix doc about her lying or even paying her more than it's needed for her to lie across numerous programs, news stations don't pay anything if anything much. She ain't going to pay her rent with what they MIGHT offer her. The only people who's going to make documentaries are people who have creative commons license and free to use court evidence, you can get these without paying her. Where is the questionable evidence that he actually did all those things for anyone to think twice about his case or take her seriously? Stop making up unfounded scenarios to sound smart.

and that's exact reason why women like her should get like at least 20 years in prison for false accusations and making the shit up. It not only ruins someone's life but she also hurts other women by making everyone else less likely to believe the story of actual victim. As long as we don't punish this behavior it's just gonna be game for them.

"Believe all women" was originally an advisory for therapists and it was "Believe all victims" not just women. The reasoning was that in order to build trust with a client, therapists should initially listen to their claims uncritically. Then after the trust is established, if the therapist feels the claims are false they can challenge the client on them. This was never meant for the general public and it certainly wasn't meant to applied so widely as it is now.

They should get double that. It's robbery. They steal their money and even months/years of their lives (if the victim ends up in prison). On top of that they steal credibility from real abuse victims. These types of girls disgust me more than rapists and abusers, because they destroy lives so cold and calculated, all for some cash.
