As a male survivor of domestic violence, the thing that pissed me off was the statement Elaine claimed Heard made. "I am so sorry to all those women out there, this is a setback to all women". This wasn't about being a woman, this was about trying to prove the victimhood of domestic violence. Goes to show that this was not about the truth but to say that the only truth is the one told by women.

My mom LOVED to fight men she was with, she instigated every single time, she KNEW back in the day if she called the cops, they’d believe her no matter what. It pissed me off so bad. I watched her damn near slice her ex in half with a grill lid by swinging it at him 2x shirtless & she wanted me to tell the cops “you seen him coming at me”… NOPE, love ya but nope! I refused to lie for her to get away with that. She did it to everyone she came in contact with & had some real issues.. I can’t make excuses for her bc she’s responsible for her actions (now deceased), but it seems some folks have what’s called “Adult Reactive Attachment Disorder” which is RAD in a LOT of children usually seen in foster care… they have all these exact ways most of the time when they have issues. Either way, it should not be a HE or SHE thing, it’s a right & wrong thing & I’m glad here in NC the cops don’t fall for the “woman is always right”.. but when I was abused & TRIED to defend myself bc I was up by my throat on a wall- the cops said “if we arrest him, we have to arrest you too”. So there’s no happy medium in the law. I was going to go to jail for trying to get out of a choke hold & swinging & not even hitting my ex at all. But the swing itself made me just as guilty in the cops eyes. So I had to deal with it or go to jail- even with marks all over me & my ex only had toothpaste on his hand. Smh

Time and time again she would start fights(verbal and physical) with whatever man she was with and expected us kids to have her back any time the police got involved. I was extremely young so I agreed but as time went on my siblings all left the house and my mother found herself without a man to use as a punching bag. Unlucky for me I guess that I would then be her source of frustration venting when I was only 10. This went on for 7 years until I had enough and decided to not let her beat me without at least an attempt to leave. She called the cops and claimed I had thrown her down the stairs and kicked her while she was on the ground. I got arrested and held in jail for 3 days until it came to light that what really happened. She had me by the hair with one hand and was punching my head with the other, I ripped(literally was bleeding from the ammount of hair she ripped from my head) myself away and ran to a friends house. I have never gone back and she to this day holds fast to her story of never beating me and that I assaulted her. Unfortunately believing women is the standard from every experience I have had and I am so happy to see the movement the world is making to actually believing the truth.

As a woman who has witnessed and experienced abuse it’s genuinely fucking insulting that Amber is using her gender as a shield from the fact she’s a domestic abuser. She slipped saying that, she said “I WROTE the OP-ED because he is a powerful man abusing me” and she alerted TMZ to have the press people when she filed for DVRO to show her bruised face which was obviously just a set-up and staged her made up bruise on her face. See if the people will believe and be on the side of you.” The audio recordings exhibited through out the trial are very different from the scenarios she fabricated to make her a victim of sexual violence. She lied and was not supported by any photo and any medical examination when she physically got hurt on that horrific bottle rape incident she told. I can’t really believe how she can be such a liar under oath. She committed perjury. This lawyer was trying to prove they have proven such abuse, but they failed. She’s trying to fight for it until now because they never get anything from the $100 million counter lawsuit. That’s a big disappointment for them. It’s all about the money they are after. Literally nobody is saying that abuse victims should not be heard, but unless the case has been successfully litigated in court then all news articles and publications need to keep the parties involved anonymous. Elaine Bredehoft should be disbarred for so many reasons. For one, lawyers aren't supposed to criticize jurors once the case is over- UNLESS, there were objections brought up during the trial. Lawyers can't accuse juries of crimes (such as violating a judges instructions to NOT look at social media) with NO proof they actually did anything wrong. Elaine is also peddling a TON of lies about evidentiary procedures and alleging biases that didn't exist (and denouncing biases that WERE present). Her entire narrative about the UK trial is also blatantly untrue. She claims that ALL the evidence was allowed in the UK trial and "we won", when that is absolutely not true. For one, "we" weren't being sued and for another, Depp was NOT allowed to admit ANY evidence in his defense of the lies against him. The UK trial was a sham, EVEN THOUGH, The Sun did NOT have to prove their article was true- all they had to do is claim they were reporting "news", which unfortunately, can be anything that is making the rounds in the public square. AMBER put that false info into the public square, so any news agency can legally report it without being charged with malice. The Press can claim ignorance of the truth, even if they know the truth- because someone else propagated the narrative. That 'someone else', is Amber, therefore AMBER can be sued- because a liar cannot claim to believe the lies that they intentionally fabricate. A lie is something one says that they KNOW to be untrue, so in this case- Amber is a liar and paid the price for it (not enough in my book, for the magnitude of the lies and destruction they caused). You can watch Elaine's face and body language as she tells these tales and clearly see that she knows she is lying. When she's lying you can tell by how her mouth looks when the lies are coming out- her lips don't respond naturally as they would if she was telling the truth. It's like her mouth is agonizing over what she's saying- as if her mouth knows that all these lies will be debunked as soon as she's done spewing them.

By saying that 2 years ago I became the victim of.... she iomplied JD. If she had stated she grew up in DV she would have been fine. Basically AH demonized herself. She has a pattern of abuse from previous relationshiphs. She was jailed overnight for assulat charges that were dropped. She threw her sister down the stairs, she might even have a voluntary manslaughter charge as a minor. AH lied on the stand, and falsified evidence. If anyone created a set back for women victims, it was AH herself and her lawyers for lying for her. AH was so obviously lying because nothing was substantiated. The medical records were non existent for injuries. The audio from australia shows her claims were bs. I agree they should have sighted her childhood abuse and how she would avoid reporting based on patterns. She failed to mention that AH refused to hand over her cell phones and records to the court. EB basically threw the judge who was very far under the bus and the jury too. Because they ruled against her client the jury definitely It was rigged, can you even be serious? She's said this about the judge in her jurisdiction and a jury. IF any evidence wasn't admitted was 1) there was none 2) or the evidence they had was presented and it wasn't convincing but falsified 3) the evidence they tried to enter didn't meet the qualifications for evidence in the US. JD took a suit against the Sun not AH. Plus the judge's son was working for the sun, and his wife was a friend of ambers. The judge literally ruled on only amber's testimony. She could be up for purjering herself on the stand and stating she gave the $7 million to charity. EB wants her 15 min. of fame right. She thought taking the case because there was a precident of winning in the UK AH testimony would hold as much here. AH bought a 15 million dollar house recently, she has a million dollar house in the dessert and 3 penthouses that she got from JD in the divorce settlement. She may need to liquidate something to pay JD. AH is not a VICTIM, she is an abuser, and the jury found her guilty of defamatory malice against JD. Plus the UK trial was rigged, the judge's son worked for the sun, his wife was friends of amber and he didn't allow JD to enter lots of evidence and awarded the sun on ambers testimony with no evidence. We all saw the trial, stop gaslighting us EB, go home and be quiet. You are lying as much as your client.

It’s my experience, as a registered nurse for the last 20 years, that the exact opposite of what Elaine is implying is true. ALL the evidence of domestic violence is present and very distinguishable. The hard part is getting the victim to acknowledge that they are experiencing this form of abuse. I have NEVER witnessed the opposite. The “mountains” of photographic evidence that was produced did not substantiate one single claim of the violent acts that Amber described. Period. Individuals I have cared for that have sustained the level of abuse that Amber described have eyes swollen shut, damage to teeth, facial fractures, dislocated jaws, busted ear drums, you name it. You can’t cover up these injuries with makeup and ice. Amber lost her credibility when she grossly exaggerated the abuse.

She said that the Op Ed didn't mention JD by name, yet Amber clearly admitted in court that she wrote the Op Ed, because she was a "victim" of domestic abuse, who in the first did she accuse of abusing her, it was Depp, so there is no denying that fact that the Op Ed was about Depp. And the next one, Amber admitted in court that it was because of Johnny that she wrote the Op Ed, so defamatory piece was in fact targeted at Johnny. Also the Judge that handled the case of The Sun vs Johnny Depp, specifically requested that he be appointed to Judge the case, and later on it was revealed that the Judge or his relatives have interests invested in The Sun. Hence the case in the UK was unfair. Amber's team can't use the UK trial as evidence for the defamation case against her, because first of all it was The Sun vs Johnny that happened there. 2nd the Amber vs Johnny was different, because Johnny was suing Amber for the Op Ed that she wrote, in the UK trial Johnny sued The Sun for the article that they've wrote. Two different cases, none of which are related to Amber vs Johnny.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven: 1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission. 2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court. 3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial) 50

As a DV survivor, I can unequivocally add the following: 1. Bruises and swelling don’t heal in a day, especially punches to the face with a fist with chunky rings. Cuts would be obvious. And it would take WEEKS for bruises of that type to fade. 2. After an attack, the FIRST thing you do is look in the mirror to assess your injuries. And if you’ve been RAPED with a BOTTLE and you’re BLEEDING, you seek medical attention. Even if you make up a lie about why it happened. To say she didn’t know the bottle is broken is just ridiculous. Most women can tell if their partner’s fingernails need to be cut, let alone if there’s a broken bottle. 3. If you’re being abused, you do NOT egg your abuser on. On the contrary, you walk on eggshells to AVOID riling your abuser. One last thing: Therapist records are NOT medical records. A person could SAY anything to a therapist. Therefore, it’s just hearsay!

Pretty much with this, Amber’s attorney is wanting courts to post up jurors in hotels or something and to isolate them entirely from the world because their families could research the case, etc with big cases like this and to have people with no inherent knowledge or bias. This trial went on for what, 6 weeks? That is never going to happen in a million years. Pretty sure Jurors would not want to essentially be locked away from their families because some 2 bit lawyer got salty she picked an obvious abuser to defend and lost big time.
