I would first ask I guess, what are they doing now and how does it compare to what they want to be doing? Have they done a community needs assessment survey to understand the most recent needs?

Hi Amber, maybe you can help me with this question. I hear a lot of people talking about 1023 ez VS 1023. 1023 ez seems more simple to fill out. My question is what If I raise more than 50 thousand in one year with the 1023 ez. Are we allowed to raise more than 50 thousand a year with 1023 ez......... Thank you so much, Amber ......... If you raise more, you may have to file updates to the IRS, I believe.
