Hello,I have a problem using this wi-fi card. The computer booting normally,but stuck on the main screen with no functional USB ports. Keyboard and mouse freezes. NvMe SSD still blinking and no action. If change back to factory module, everything works normally. P.S. Ive try two new modules with same action.

I have a slightly different model (Ryzen 7 but almost the same). Your tutorial was very helpful in swapping a wireless card that was going on and off since I bought this beelink machine. Once I got inside, I found that the white Wi-Fi antenna (yes, this one had two) was cemented on with some kind of black plastic. That may have been the problem right there. Right now all I know for sure is my swapped card is up and running now. We'll see if the thing keeps randomly turning off (in which case I guess it's a motherboard issue), but your tutorial likely helped fix my problem. I feel like it's going to work from now on. If not- this was the way to try and find out if there is a deeper problem. Anyway - other viewers- just take note- case designs on these similar-looking beelink boxes can be a bit different. Didn't have another panel on the opposite side of the case to remove, I needed to remove four screws from the motherboard and carefully remove the board itself to access the side with the old antennae taped on. Just go slow and think about how your case is designed to be disassembled. Also - he wasn't kidding about the antennae being fidgety. One of my two new antennae in particular required delicacy, precision and strength to get it to snap on, and even then, I feel like the snap wasn't tight and I had to be very careful about reassembling the case so it wouldn't disconnect again. End of the day- I feel like a genius thanks to TechTablet's help on this. Not rocket science - but it is delicate work and the guidance was very helpful for my confidence here.

Where the Charteey can be purchased without ram and storage for about €250. Could this mini pc an OEM part, that is sold by the two brands T-Bao and Chatreey?

I think it probably would, it doesn't look like a particularly great design. However it's a bespoke item so finding something to fit might be a pain. Chop a big hole in the bottom lid and have one of the slim-ish Noctua coolers poking out :) Have to stand it on the side obviously.

The TBOOK MN27 with the Ryzen7 2700U, 512GB SSD and 16GB RAM is just a tiny bit more expensive than the 256GB/8GB MN35 at the moment. It's an older CPU but performance seems to be very similar and it's a 15W tdp part so should run cooler. Worth going for?

Don't try to re-paste, it had already got something like Shin-Etsu 7968, which is top quality solid thermal paste, if you didn't spread the new paste evenly, the result may even worst. Even if you handle it well, it will not improved much, I had also tried liquid metal paste, trust me.

I wouldn't recommend it the performance wouldn't be good. You would have to force lower clocks and thermal limits to control the heat.

Hey there! I grabbed the MN27 from this series following your recommendation, and I've been pretty satisfied so far. After a few months, I decided to upgrade the memory with a Samsung 870QVO 2TB SSD, and followed your instructions, but I'm not seeing it recognize when installed(Device Manager, Samsung Magician, and BIOS all fail to register), only when attached via USB. Do you think this is an issue with the cable, or perhaps a BIOS setting I'm missing? The advanced menu for SATA config shows all ports as NONE. It's my first install like this, so I'm leaning in the direction of user error or faulty cable, but figured you might have some ideas. Really appreciate your delivery; you and ETA Prime are the ones I go to for quality, thorough breakdowns. Great concision and formatting!

7 months late but hey. That's what I'm about to try (once I get hold of a spare GPU from a friend). My idea was to remove the wireless card and use a small m.2 ssd in there, then use an m.2 -> pcie adapter(like you mentioned) to install the GPU. This keeps the vent holes free. I don't plan on using wireless (will be on lan all the time).

When I installed, the CPU fan stoped work and pc stayed very hot. The wifi signal was very bad after this upgrade. So I put in the original wifi card. Hello @TechTablets, i had error 182 trying to install graphics drivers from amd. I entered BIOS and turned Integrated graphics controller from 'auto' to 'forces' as you suggested in your forum but the problem is still there. Any idea? P.S. when i turn Integhrated graphics controller to 'Forces', UMA Mode and UMA Version appear as new options and they 're set to 'auto' by default. Maybe i have to change theese values?

I have one problem with this mini pc. The headphone output and microphone input on the front does not work at all. Trying to do some driver update but does anyone has had similar issues? It won’t show anything in Windows sound output list. Every setting is correct and already did a clean install of windows 10.

I recently received my T-Bao MN35 (16G version) and also made the Wifi-Upgrade and plugged in an old 1TB HDD. So far it's been running really good. The only thing I noticed was that after maybe two hourse of watching a movie (been using the Mini-PC mainly for Multimedia use in the living room) the mini PC as a whole gets really warm. I haven't checked the CPU temps (using it it didn't seem to have any effect, it was running like it should) but it did make me wonder a bit. Is that a normal thing? Is it because the footprint of this machine is so small that you notice the heat immediately? Should I be worried - having the mini PC tucked away in a shelf (air can still circulate)? It's my first mini-PC and so far I haven't noticed this much heat coming from the laptops I owned.

Made the wifi 6 (Intel AX200) upgrade but have problems with no USB (ie: keyboard, mouse, sound card) not working after install. Tried uninstalling and deleting old wifi card drivers first and then making a clean install. Looking in safe mode mouse works and I can see correct AX200 drivers are installed. However, in normal Win 10 mode the USB mose stops working 20 sec after boot up. Any ideas ..anyone?

Why didn't you overclock the igpu to make the most of the extra voltage? There's probably a simple answer I missed , also getting the ram probably make a massive difference. Will ryzen master not work?

Yes normally it's copper but it's painted alloy. However it does the job well so that's the main thing.

You just need to do a 1:1 copy of the old SSD into the new SSD. You need to do it with special software, not doing a direct copy paste.
