Have been patiently waiting for this one. You've talked very bullish on discord before the rally started, I opened a position and sold it a few days ago taking the whole rally. Thanks bunches! By the way there is a nice technical support cluster beginning right at your fairly valued target around 125USD ... just sayin =) Will make that trade or might even step back in at 132. Given the growth and market position i'm rather afraid not to be invested. I hope they establish a stable profit orientated oligopol with Nvidia hehe.

@@TheIntelligentInvestor You are too polite. It's fine to not belive in it, most do, specially if they have a fundamental understanding of the markets. I myself think TA only works with certain types of stocks and by ignoring a lot of stupid rules (like setting ones stop right on golden fundamental buying opportunities). The explanation "it's already priced in the chart so I can ignore fundamentals" is a blatantly arrogant cope for not wanting to invest time and efford in learning. However I realy enjoy not to get flamed to hell and back for it, it's a good discord - a free discord with diversity of thought hehe. I think the 2 horse AI race strategy has a outstanding risk/reward and am excited to trade that with you guys.

I'm a little confused about the DCF model. Does it take into account P/E or P/FCF multiple and if so, do you use industry avg or the company's average?

Good question, I use the P/FCF. Not using industry avg because it wouldn’t make sense since most companies in the semiconductor sector are not comparable to AMD. Only Nvidia is most comparable to AMD. AMD only started generating FCF in recent years, so the company average wouldn’t work since there is not enough data. Im using the Gordon Growth Model for the terminal value (assuming a 10% constant growth).
