I appreciate Hannah’s vulnerability to open herself up like this. The Dr explaining & showing how the brain patterns tell the story. My older Brother was murdered. It’s something I’ve lived with everyday.My Mother died of pancreatic cancer, 9 months later my youngest brother died of congestive heart failure. Another Brother died of melanoma cancer after being cleared in February , only to get sick 2 weeks later & they gave him days to live. 6 days later he died . I was my Dads Full time caregiver . Dad died 8 months after my Brother. Life & Death are very real. The choice is to crumble or build character. I chose character. That doesn’t mean a person isn’t living with Real Trauma. It affects your Everyday. My Dad died 2 days before Thanksgiving last year. Every day has been overwhelming. This short discussion with Hannah & Dr Adam is helpful to open the door for more knowledge. If it isn’t Dr Adam there is someone else. For anyone to say it’s for attention , I truly hope you are able to heal your heart. Life & Death are Real. Trauma is Real. Sending Healing Thoughts to All! 🍃🌹🍃

So good that Hannah and Dr. Amen are sharing this info. The brain, the heart, the gut and the colon all work closely together. It has taken me decades to understand my mind. First, what we eat and drink has a huge impact on our brains. We are energy. Who we hang around is also very important. Raw garlic everyday, chewed with sips of water has definitely helped ease my depression and improved my gut health. I have also learned how to enjoy my own company alone. I really enjoy people as well. I pray to Jesus as if my life depends on His spirit. Cause it does. We are works in progress. Breathing fresh air often and walking helps us move on past the trauma-tracks on our brain. Hannah may be a sensitive-empath like me so relationships can be very challenging. The brain is our last frontier to understand. USA

What a horrible experience her family and Hannah had to go through at such a young age. She is such a bright light, I know she will work hard to feel better. May God bless her and her family. ❤️🇨🇦

Thank you for sharing your journey, Hannah. I am so sorry to hear of the shocking loss of your precious aunt and cousins. You will be one with them one day. May the Lord heal you completely from the traumas you have been thru. Thank you for putting yourself out there publicly to help others heal. God bless you and your loved ones always.

Hannah you are so cute and brave. I absolutely adore you for doing this publicly and sharing difficult things. You truly save lives by doing this and not hiding it. The stigma prevents a lot of people from getting better, thanks for punching stigma in the face for me. The more people that do this publicly the more the stigma desolves and it can be just like getting a x ray for a broken leg. No one hides that. Thanks love you.

FYI My mother committed suicide when I was 10 yrs old.The trauma was like a Mac truck hitting me....However I have gone on the have a sad, wonderful , miserable, beyond incredible , thrilling and dreamy life. Everyone needs to know there is a big shortage of Psychiatrists. I live in South Florida and it is nearly impossible to find a Psychiatrist here. SO...people need t o know this fact. This Dr. acts like it is so easy to navigate our Medical System. Our medical system is a nightmare!!!!!

God created everything good. It's not God and science separate. God is THE greatest doctor and scientist. Only He, in the name of Jesus, can heal us. She should be talking to a Christ filled mentor. Does this doctor believe in Jesus or hinself? We give all the glory to the ONE who made us. Don't get it twisted.
@dianepolk98783 жыл бұрын
Everyone was put on this earth and has a deep longing to be fully loved for who they were created to be. The foundation of our Identity causes us to continue to yearn for true contentment apart from what we do, or have in this life. We all were created with a purpose and given gifts by our creator, from Whom we were made from His image and we are a reflection of His beauty which was spoken all through His creation, revealed for such a time as this. The kindness of God leads us to repentance because God became man and died for our sins so we can know we are forgiven and in return forgive others. The Spirit of Jesus Christ love working in the hearts who have accepted Him as their Lord and Savior, will accomplish His perfect will in our lives so we can walk in true victory. Earth is not our forever home. We pass from death to eternal life. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. If you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, now is the time to ask Him for one.
