"constructive criticism"? i think tyra and the co judges (except for the man) need to think about what "constructive" really means. it would have been constructive if she said "i thought you were very rude because .... and i think it would be better if you did ... next time." However, the fact that she says " you were very rude on set TO ME, which i don't really care about [...]" indicates that kelly has a personal issue for whatever reasons. if you want to be constructive you cannot let personal issues interfere with professional and/ or objective matters. with that being said- kelly, tyra and co.- you were very unprofessional, not constructive at all, and on top of that you were very rude yourself. you saw that girl breaking down and instead of going after her, someone said "let her go" or something along those lines and laughed. to me- that is the defintion the term "rude".

I think Louise overreacted (bc of the place she's at, a starting model on a competition reality, other than that, go girl. Make them treat you like the human being you are) BUT that Kelly judge is a vile woman. She made everybody feel insecure, and I don't think what she gave the girls in the challenge was constructive criticism. Tyra is opinionated but positive, most of the time. That's what ANTM is about. This woman... she just wants to tear people down from her position of power.

In order to understand what the goal of a business/entity/company is you should either research or gather through observation the organizations mission statement. This allows one to know the goal of that entity, what they value, and what their overall purpose is. Once again, the "WHOLE" point of this particular business is to produce a Top model for that season. If this show has no one to judge, they would have no show

I would also suggest you look up the term judge to better understand their overall function..listening to authoritarian roles..Please refer to a case study known as the Stanford Prison Study. It should help you understand the misplaced respect and authoritative control that you place on someone that you not only don't know personally but have no real clue as to their true worth, your are working on ASSUMPTIONS. You can find many case studies dealing with the authoritarian concept.
