I can relate to a lot of this. As a Latino from a small rural, blue-collar town in southern Wyoming that has a lot of crime, the state prison etc... I took a trip to Romania alone. Knew nobody, didn't speak Romanian. I just saw pictures of the castles and decided, fuck it, I'll go check it out. 15 days roaming that eastern European country on my own, might as well have been on Mars. The only people I knew that traveled from where I'm from were in the military and shit like that, or going to some Mexican resort. Life changing trip, eye opening. When you come from nothing, shit like this is so much better. IMO

Joey is so right, I moved my family a year ago from Chicago to Estes park,co, it’s a huge adjustment but it’s the most amazing place ever and your life is so much more free, between the outdoors, restaurants, the huge haunted hotel (the Stanley ) it was the best decision I have made for my family
