Wow we are so proud to have another Airport in St Mary, Jamaica We continue to strive as a small country.

A third international airport was long overdue. People are traveling by air at record levels in recent times. And given that many persons vacation on the north coast, stretching from Negril to Portland, the Sangster's International airport arrivals meant long road travels for those staying outside on Montego Bay. The long-distance road travel between Sangster's Airport and other North coast vacation spots, I am sure, discouraged some travelers from opting for those places. The conversation of the airport in the Boscobel region will change all that and will lead to an increase in tourist visits to those areas.

Almost every parish in Jamaica from what I know of, having a small airport. They it airport strip,Portland, Trelawny, Manchester, St,Ann, St Thomas, Westmoreland, Clarendon is bigger than St,Mary with 3 runaway at fernan Field. Ian Flemings airport opened a very long time ago, but only for small charters flights. This is the first time passengers plane land there, I knew that airport since 1977. I useto checked that air strip for illegal operations in the 1970s.
