This guy is one of my favourite YT content creators. He's just recently got back from the US, and not so long ago filmed in Canada. Believe it or not he is sometimes defeated by challenges, but they tend to be more North America. Don't let his size fool you though, he was ranked as the 15th best professional eater in the world. Given your love for Fish and Chips he has just uploaded a video with his sister doing another monster Fish and Chips challenge. He's sometimes his own worst enemy though, he frequently starts eating too soon when the food is piping hot, and often comments he should have let the food cool a little first. But I hope you do more reactions to him. You might also want to check out another guy from Leeds his channel is RateMyTakeaway The guy who does it Danny is a lovely man, very charming and polite, he tries various takeways recommended by fans.

He is a fitness nut with a very controlled diet the rest of the time to maximise his metabolism so he can burn it off. Plus he doesn't eat for a day beforehand and a couple of days after doing a challenge.

Gravy in the UK Melt butter in pan. Add tablespoon of plain flour Mix until a paste. Cook on very low heat to cook out flour flavour. Slowly add beef or chicken or vegetable stock to the paste and mix. Soo good

Curry and gravy are staple ingredients in the chippy meal (in the north of England anyway). The curry can be english, chinese or irish each have their own flavour profiles and recipes. The gravy is normally a thick beef broth brown gravy.

In manchester in the 70s there was a chippy near old trafford cricket ground tha was run by an elderly chinese couple...the gravy, peas,and curry were all served with the same ladle....so curry flavoured everything including babbies heads( steak and kidney steamed suet pudding)..also northern gravy is sticky like napalm😈👍

Chip shops here all have the option of mushy peas, curry sauce, beans and gravy, some also sell pickled eggs, pickled onions and pickled gerkins. Go north into Scotland and you have the added delicacy of battered and deep fried Haggis and battered and deep fried Mars Bars, also a lot of Chippys also do Kebabs and Pizzas

we have lots of different types of bread , in our stores a standard wheat loaf comes in medium, thick and some times extra thick toaster, also some brands do a sliced farmhouse , and some of our stores have in store bakery and bake unsliced loafs so you can cut it to which ever thickness you like , and it normally taste better to . we also have granary , wholemeal , soda , black , polish bread and many more which i cant think off

I’m a Fish & Chips purest. Just Cod, chips and maybe mushy peas with a side of bread and butter. I think this stems from when I was growing up you couldn’t get all these sides of gravy or curry etc down in South-East England. Not that we had fish and chips often. Just twice a year, the night before going on holiday and the day we came home from holiday, two weeks later, so mum didn’t have to cook!
