We have said it many times but THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Honestly, this is top 5 most beautiful videos we've ever seen!! Such a soul-awakening hike in Snowdonia, with unimaginable beauty from the green of the hills, the sunset beating on the rocks, to the waterfalls and so much more! Wales and all of the United Kingdom is such a mind-blowing gorgeous place! This will certainly relax you, nurture you and inspire you! We feel blessed to have watched this and hope to be able to see half this beauty upon our own trip to the UK. If you are looking for the perfect place to visit and you live in the United Kingdom, just walk out your doorstep. Thank you SO much for watching! If you enjoy our content, please consider subscribing to our channel, it is the BEST way to support our channel and it's FREE! Also, please click the Like button. Thank you for your support!

I think this is the reason wales is the best kept secret of the UK 😂. The name of the mountain and its range is a topic if debate...... similar to the change of name of ayers rock/ uluru. Its an English name vrs it's original Welsh name. The UK countryside is spectacular in my opinion and so accessible. You can see the northern lights, and swim with bioluminescent plankton Absolutely beautiful and healing for the soul

Hello you guys! You have given me such a huge smile today, haha! Firstly, thank you so much for your kind and lovely words 💚 I've had some unpleasant videos made about me, so when I heard there was a reaction video, I thought, ohh nooo 😄 But I could not have been more wrong about that. You are both so friendly and entertaining and I'm so glad you enjoyed my lil vid It's funny, I love filming and making these videos so much, but once I've published them I tend not to watch them again, uncomfortable watching myself I guess. But actually I loved watching this back with you guys and experiencing it again. It was one of my favourite trips ever, and seeing those sights made my heart glad on a Monday afternoon hehe We are so blessed here in the UK. I only get to go out and play on alternate weekends when my son is at his dads, so North Wales is about as far as I can manage to travel in that time. But there's so much more out there too, I hope to experience it in the future, Scotland calls me 😍 Big hugs, much love and best wishes from UK 🌿 Claire 🐻

Claire, we truly cannot say thank you enough! Not just for your video, which left us so moved but for you! You sharing your adventures, you sharing your infectious positivity and inspiring words and actions. Not many people are the same on camera as off. But...we can tell you are exactly who you are off camera because your soul shines through every frame. We feel better for knowing you exist in this World and can only imagine how many people you have inspired and will continue to. We would love to meet you next summer when we come to the UK. Again, thank you for being you and sharing yourself & your amazing adventures with the world! P.s. we would love to contact you for a future video idea. -Much love & respect, Natasha

@@Muddflud . I used to fish in the lakes in the Cambrian mountains in Central Wales. Instead of my usual one-day sessions, I thought I would stay overnight and have a go at fishing all the five lakes that were close together. Happened to meet the club bailiff on the second day and told him I stopped overnight, he said camping wasn't allowed and I laughed. Pointed out you would hardly have to ban it, it was hard enough for me to find a large enough piece of ground for a little tent that was flat, not boggy and not covered in rocks or sheep crap.

I'm from the UK and it still blows my mind how beautiful it is. Was in Wales last Thursday on a red hot day and it is the most beautiful place I've ever seen...and I've seen a lot. Also, as the UK is relatively small you can get there in hours, instead of driving for days, so I go to Wales every other week.

@@dinerouk Snowdonia is a lot higher than the Dales area. It's also a lot greener. Been all over the Dales (lived in Sheffield and York) but think Yorkshire per se is overrated. Wales may not have the highest mountains in the world, but it has so much charm. For instance New Zealand has incredible mountain vistas, but no castles, or ancient buildings, or feeling of ancient magical mystical history. Wales has everything.

I live in Fife, Scotland. We have much lighter nights in Scotland at this very time of the year than in England. At midnight here in Fife it was still light.. I thought I'd take a quick look before getting my coffee to watch the rest. Didn't happen. I was mesmerized to the very end. Now I'll go make that coffee with a big smile on my face!

The Welsh Countryside is so beautiful, like the Peak District and the Lake District in England or the Highlands of Scotland. We are so lucky with the freedom to roam laws in our Country's.

My bestie at school (who is Welsh) and I spent several summer weeks camping out in Eryri (the proper name for Snowdonia - it means "the place of the eagles"). This was when we were 10 to 13 yrs of age. Sure, it rained. However, back then (1960-63) it was easy to have days seeing nobody else, provided we avoided Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). Today, however, this would be impossible. Popularising a great get-away now results in it no longer being a get-away at all, but just another crowded hellhole. 😢

Absolute rubbish. Eryri/Snowdonia is far from a crowded hell hole. It depends when and where you go. If you go and climb Snowdon on a Bank Holiday, then more fool you. If like me you go on an innocuous Mon/Tue, etc, it is completely deserted. Even the 'tourists' hotspots are totally bereft of people. Your comment is very ignorant.

Thank you for using the proper names, I appreciate it 🙏 Just to add to what you said, Eryri, being the native name for Snowdonia, is mistranslated in modern terms due to how the Welsh language has been butchered by those with an agenda, but that’s a whole other topic, lol, so as much as you are stating what some sources translate it as, due to Eryr being the word for Eagle, the beauty of the Welsh language is, many Welsh words have multiple meanings depending on context and Eryri also refers to Shingles and what is precipitated or thrown out violently, an eruption. Eryri is an appellation of the mountainous part of Arvon, due to them being made back when Snowdon was a volcano, so Eryri refers to the eruptions from Snowdon that formed the landscape. Yr Wyddfa means the place of knowledge/presence, a place where bardic meetings took place, a place to teach, essentially a bardic church, the higher you were the closer to the heavens you were and so easier to connect spiritually. There is also a connection with the area and the zodiac, the landscape in the area is essentially a star map. The ”heavens” were extremely important to the culture back in the day

It's not impossible, social media over the last decade has concentrated tourism to such a small area that vast areas of Eryri are quieter than I've ever known them and I've lived here for 53 years, the Carneddau where this video was filmed is a massive mountain range and super quiet these days, you can traverse the whole range from North to South which is 18 miles and only pass half a dozen people.

@@markjones127 Agreed and mid-Wales is largely forgotten and mostly deserted. You can drive for an hour on some back roads and not see another car.

I live only 30 minutes from Aber Falls, but I’ve only been there once coz I felt it was too crowded. And I’ve only walked that area once. It is beautiful. I need to get out more.

Ah, I have been to Snowdonia. I haven't seen much of the world, but Snowdonia is my favorite place. Rolling green hills, mountains, streams and rivers Small cities and quaint little villages. . And my favorite, plenty of castle exploring.

The UK really has the most stunningly beautiful scenery of so many sorts. The coastlines, the mountains, the fens, the rivers, the islands... we really take it for granted - everything is so green and lush! And the hedgerows - no country looks the same from the air! Just spectacular!

This is beautiful! I love North Wales, was looking at moving there at one point (and learning Welsh fully of course). Currently having a pit stop on a walk in the Peak District in South Yorkshire and watching this 😁 Planning on trying to do the coast to coast in 10 days or less to raise money for a veteran’s charity
