Billy Connolly is and always be the best in my opinion. I was lucky enough to see him at the Birmingham Symphony Hall here in the UK. It was amazing, I have watched Billy Connolly as long as I can remember. If any of you have seen his World Tour Of Scotland; World Tour Of England, Ireland, and Wales; World Tour Of Australia, you will know how good he is in a documentary role, also he played a fab part in the film Mrs Brown, you must also watch an audience with Billy Connolly. They say they should have renamed the Royal Albert Hall after him because of how often he was there. It is such a shame he retired from stand up comedy.

Thats cool you got to see him live. The audience with show is really good, theres a short 50 minute TV version and a much longer version with like an extra 50 minutes of stories and uncut jokes which I have up. I like his travel shows, he is very accepting of different people he meets. I put one of his US shows up the other day

@@LilMonkeyFella87 I will check that out, thank you. 👍🏻👍🏻 I have quite a few of his stand up and I have the world tour DVD’s. I wanted one of his pictures, but they are just to rich for my taste. 🤣😂🤣 He will always be wind swept and interesting.

This was from Whoopi Goldberg Presents Billy Connolly . From 1989. Billy Connolly live stuff is sooo difficult to get on here, its been hit really bad for copyright in the last 5 years. Clips that used to be allowed have been scrubbed off the internet. I got his full "Audience With" show up, which is a rare exception. I got one of his 3 part travel shows up that he did in America too, which is enjoyable and educational

I have been binge watching Billy in his documentaries Billy does....I saw him in the 80's laughed so hard all the way through his show.. He is ill now but still just as funny with all the lifetime stories he tells.

Hi Connor, would you believe it, just finished watching Billy an hour ago in "The Boon Dock Saints", where he plays a charecter similar to John Wick. Apparently he had so much fun playing a badass, they had to give his charecter "El Duce" a big fat cigar to chew on, to stop him grinning from ear to ear

My parents are Scottish and my dads favourite comedian is Billy Connelly, back in the 70’s when I was a little kid I remember that me and my two older brothers would listen to my dads Billy Connelly record so we learned the best swear words from Billy and my dad. My dad now lives in Tuktoyaktuk Northwest Territories and Billy made a documentary where he visited places in northwest Canada and went to Tuktoyaktuk and my dad got to meet Billy and has a picture with him.

You should try sir Les Patterson, seriously. Barry Humphries was the best. Watch ‘sir Les p circa 1985’ for a typical appearance by Les on a talk show. Chaotic, revolting, and v,v funny.

That film Billy was talking about didn’t star Errol Flynn tearing down the ship’s sail, it was Douglas Fairbanks in the 1926 movie “The Black Pirate”.

And this is why I love Internet comments. I’d have never bothered checking that but I’m glad someone did. (And no, I am not being sarcastic, I seriously love it that people would take the time to fact check and correct a comedy routine from decades ago. This to me is both useful, true, but also as funny as the routine itself. It’s exactly the kind of comment I like to make myself if I’d have known this) BlueShadow777, I salute you o7

I can’t breathe now. Billy has Dementia now and he is still this funny, he knows he has it. He married an Australian Comedian named Pamela and they have 3 daughter. She gave up her stage career to go back to University and become a Psychologist. She said she had to so she could live with him. You pick any of his videos and you won’t be able to breathe either. Thank you.
