Good Reaction,My Friend. The reason for the empty stadium was that was after the match finished and all the Home fans had left but, usually,the Away fans are held back for 30 minutes to avoid any clashes between rival sets of fas and that was the Away fans who were chanting as they were the only ones still in the stadium:)

I'm assuming the "League 1 Tour" song is one you didn't understand because you're American and American sports work differently. Football around much of the world is arranged into a multi-tiered system. In England there are 4 professional leagues, 2 semi-pro and a bunch of semi-pro to amateur leagues below that. At the each season the worst teams in each league are relegated (they are dropped down to the next lowest league) and the best are promoted (raised to the next highest league). So the fans on the bus chanting about a league 1 tour were fans of a championship (the next highest league) team who played badly and now have to play down in league 1. They're singing a song commiserating that fact and announcing they'll play so well next season they'll get promoted again. Honestly, while not necessarily the funniest chant, it's one that captures the promotion/relegation battles that separate much of the world's football from American sports best.

Lots of the chants are a spontaneous response to what is happening and everyone joins in. The song about her taking it up the a*se is derived from opponents’ chants when they meet London premier league team Arsenal. The refrain then becomes “does he take her up the Arsenal?”

Home fans are segregated from the away fans. At the end of the game the away fans are held in the stadium until the home fans have left. That is why the Sky Tv post match interview looks over half empty.

These chants are made in a variety of ways. Some are old chants that have been around for many decades - all fans will know the chants for their particular teams, as well as the more generic chants. Another way is that groups of fans will come up with specific chants relating to the players on the opposing teams for upcoming games, and blast them off in the stadium. These chants are very quickly picked up by the rest of the fans. Finally some chants will just start with a lone fan belting out something he’s made up. If the fans around him think it’s funny and relevant, it will spread around the stadium in the space of a couple of renditions. Most chants follow the same relatively small number of melodies, or those of popular tunes known by everybody - this allows everybody to join in as soon as they pick up the words, which is why they sing in unison so easily.
