If it's in the kitchen then good ventilation system is the key otherwise the heat from the food will just keep on stacking elswhere inside usually good isolation from the outside is enough - you don't even need AC i work in warehouse that is well isolated and it's like a cave inside - no AC i used to work at warehouse where there was minimum requirement isolation and i was extremly hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. idk how i would feel going for icecream in the freezer and had to look under the undees ...

Why do so many Americans give themselves the title of Executive Chef on this show? An Executive Chef is a chef who is responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth running of several establishments, each of which will have a Head Chef in charge of carrying out that work but will still be answerable to the Executive Chef. None of the people on this show - apart from Gordon Ramsay - are Executive Chefs. Gordon has several restaurants with superb Head Chef's cooking the menu that Gordon created. That's how the system works. Gordon's first impression of anyone calling hemselves an Executive Chef must be one of either annoyance at their ignorant egotism or laughter at...well, their ignorant egotism yet again. I've always hoped he'd call one of them out on their stupidity and ask them to explain why they have the title. Most would turn out to be Head Chef's at best.

its not just Raj wasn't one of the 2 people up for elimination he wasn't even on the losing team when he was eliminated (this hardly ever happens) I think its telling that he even screwed up leaving like he screwed up everything he touches, I think out of all of hells kitchen history there have only been two chefs that tanked the team up to such a devastating effect being Raj and Elise at least Raj got kicked off relatively quickly we were stuck with Elise till nearly the final in her season.

@@barrymitchell6444 I don't know for certain but my gut feeling is that only the black jackets are the genuine contestants with 6 of the other "contestants" are there to walk them through the menu in the initial stages (so they are genuinely chefs they just aren't there to win the show) and then the rest are there to create confrontation so it doesn't just become a cookery show.
