Always good to see someone interested in learning more aboit the besutiful game. The point of the video is that money is what is ruining the game. I agree with most of the points that the previous commenters have said. You asked if all the other countries can have a premier league. The problem is they are stopped by their own restrictions. Just to be clear, relegation and promotion is definitely still an active policy. The big difference between the prem and a proposed european superleague is that there would be no relegation in the latter. A US style league. Finally, regarding the transfer deadline day....a few years ago across Europe at least, they changed transfer rules. You can only transfer players in 2 windows. One is in the period between seasons (june to sept) and then in winter (January basically). The last day of these windows is called transfer deadline day when everyone is finalising their deals.

Promoion and relegation is very much a thing in basically every football league system all across the world (except the US). Also a thing in many other sports. Closed leagues are weird.

Chelsea was so-so before a russian guy buy them. (not that good but just be able to stay on the league) and while that same guy own the team they are super good cuz they have whole superstar in "any" position because of the money he pour in. he did goodjob for almost 20 years. and now he sold the team at the time when Ukrain-Russia at war because of sanction. so he sold it to the new owner(American consortium) and the new owner made them back to shit from 20 years ago rn.

Problem is Premiere League big owners are mostly outsiders who are literally Buying the whole league. Man City is basically Saudi State owned. PL is at that point when it seems a honeymoon period before everything burst on ur face at once. These clubs are in massive debts & each owners just pump money to cover that up, proceeds to lose money then pump more. Its a cycle if not controlled can collapse on ur face . There's also geopolitical factor. England allowing Other states to buy out its biggest league. Theres a reason Country like Germany is trying to protect its League & club from outside owners. Economically all major countries are now slowly moving to protect their markets . Its not just football . PL although has done better job in distributing money among clubs compared to other leagues , It needs to be controlled at some point . Football is largest sport in the world cuz compared to other sports it has managed to establish a certain level of balance. Football was built by Working class people. It was for working class people. Now this unlimited american style Doping in sport market taking away this sport from ordinary people. Look at the season ticket prices & u will realize. if this keep going soon they will also be forced by rich owners to demolish the relegation system too.
