Great, with how much ambition you learn! My respect. Did you ever think about the Volkshochschule (vhs)? Its a school for EVERYBODY and you can learn a lot. Especially "German as a foreign language" (Deutsch als Fremdsprache). That's the professional and faster way to improve your German and its not so expensive. To become better speaking a language I think it is important to understand what words and phrases one by one mean. Like when you practiced saying that "ein Hamburger, ein 9er Chicken Nuggets und eine Pommes mit Cola" it might help if you understand what the single words mean and how you can use them to build a sentence rather than just remember one special sentence or phrase.
