This guy was on Andrew Zimmerman show a few years ago and the place was spotless. His truck is on E152 street between Wales & Tinton Ave in The South Bronx. I grew up at 152 street and Tinton from 1964 until 1982 in John Adams’s projects. This truck was not there during the time I was there, the people would have kidded him off the block for being so nasty. The chopping board nasty, smoking a cigarette while cooking a big no no. And the not covering his underarms in the while cooking 🤮🤮🤮. This guy has to go before he gets someone very sick.

But smoking is something else... also idont think he will touch the BBQ meat with his bare hands (to burn himself). i m not the 100% clean man, but for sure i think there should be rules for food services, and minimum should be wearing gloves while touching aliments, no smoking, wearing a hat (to avoid hair in food) and if needed wearing a mask (to not spit in food or else, that could happen if you sneeze). and i m from France-Spain (hence my name), father family side is all from spain. Guess i m kind of hispanic too but not from mexico or else XD
