Honestly i am very disappointed by the RIDICULOUS comments I read under these regattas. I'm Italian and I support Luna Rossa, but I don't comment negatively against opposing teams. I appreciate the races of these two fantastic teams that honestly are making us have al lot of fun because they are always very close! So Just enjoy them and stop doing stupid kids.

La gara è stata appassionante con le due barche che si contendevano la prima posizione alternativamente. Poi però c'è stato lo splashdown che ha fermato Luna Rossa che sembrava star controllando American Magic come in una sorta di "surplase" (termine usato nel ciclismo). Non so quanto grave possa essere questa rottura credo della randa e quanto complichi la situazione che però ci vede ancora in vantaggio. Spero che si possa provvedere opportunamente e faccio i migliori auguri dato che non da ora siamo stati sempre degni avversari.

Jimmy was not asking if there was a way to "get around the track" he was asking if they could, get the load off the trav? As in unload the one half of undamaged trav that was super tight. He was asking if they could unload and safe the system.

This just shows the competitive nature of Jimmy Spittle. At 20 minutes in, he says we will just let this race play out. They were out of the race. What was he thinking? Probably, “With any luck, American Magic will also have a catastrophic gear failure”. This is NOT SPORTSMANSHIP in the true meaning, to wish failure to any team because of your bad luck. Any other team would’ve retired then, but NOT our Jimmy. NOW I want to see American Magic beat his ass to five wins, whereas before I was not backing either team. My APOLOGIES to Jimmy Spittle. I have just found out the decision to not retire was from the other helmsman, Francesco Bruni, however, I no matter who on the boat made the decision, it was still unsportsmanlike.
