I ♥️ ATK! I'm an American living in Ireland for 5 years. There are so many things we can get in the US that I can't get here, like sweetened coconut and vanilla wafers! Tosh T. With my husband's help, we grilled these pork chops. I'm a vegetarian, but an unselfish one, so I will cook meat for him. He loves these pork chops, but said they were a bit too salty. Don't use two tablespoons which the recipe calls for. Remember when she cut the tendons in the meat? That works. The pork stayed flat. They did not curl. My husband said maybe a tablespoon and one teaspoon. He also said a little sugar may have tamed the salt. Did that help?
@ashleymoore85994 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Did you use kosher or table salt? I used kosher in the recipe, so cut in half if using table (smaller salt crystals.)

Pork steak or pork chops?? Which is it?
@dchenkin022 ай бұрын
Traditionally in Kentucky and Missouri the spicy grilled pork is made with pork shoulder steaks. That cut is rarely found outside of those states so using rib chops is closest chops to the shoulder commonly found in the United States. Here is link showing the traditional version. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpqwiIFur9WNbassi=tTEPANtw6tfuWNDJ

That is an OK pie server but the key thing, especially for that first piece, is that you need some flexibility. You need to find something like the Lee Valley pie server which has a tapered thickness to the steel. Anything without that is really a cake server.
