That same TWolves team played the Nuggets better than anyone in the playoffs, besides Phoenix. He just happened to miss that 3 pointer. & also remember he was dealing with injury, still was dominant. To me, it isn't a flaw of Edwards, I would want him to take the shots, but obviously, not every single time. If they don't win it all this season, it will not be because of Edwards nor will it really matter to them. Fans probably honestly just want to win in the 1st round this season. Hot take: T'wolves go one year in the luxury tax and Gobert willingly takes a massive pay cut for the team. Gobert is one of the most misunderstood players in the entire league. He has a European sensibility where he doesn't care as much about money or market as Americans. The most important thing to him is legacy, and if he thinks keeping together the current squad will get him to a championship, he's willing to do that, so long as his teammates acknowledge and respect the sacrifice. The French motto is Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. It is definitely about Equality and Fraternity for Rudy, not individual accolades.

Sometimes he takes too many shots and hurts his team. He doesn't have the all around offensive skillset that a true #1 would have. I agree he had tunnel vision with team USA a lot but they lived with it because he would go off but it threw other players off.

Th flaw in his game is his age? Perfect, he's this good AND time is on his side. He's a smart young man with fellow weapons, he'll dish it if need be.
