By far the best description I found, thank you! How would you explain depleted levels of homocysteine?

Is it possible to deplete this SAM cycle pool with the addition of NAD+ precursors? Or would a methyl B vitamin be sufficient for epigenetic purposes?

Hahah I always wondered who's that "Sam" dude who discovered this cycle ;D

Hello sir, If B12 from supplements or food is already Me-cobalamin(not Cyanocobalamin), do we need "5-MTHF " again to happen methionine synthetic from Homocysteine? Because, in this case, B12 is already methyl, and do not need "methyl " again from 5-MTHF, how do you think? If this theory is right, a high dose of Cyanocobalamin will cause folate deficiency, but Me-cobalamin will not. Thank you very much for your video, this helps me a lot to understand biochemistry. If this theory is right, Can Me-cobalamin alone may reduce Homocysteine levels significantly without the need for folate? Thank you again.
