I grew up in PA, riding carefree in spite of the heavy deer population. Finally had my first MC vs deer strike here in north Florida on my Pacific Coast. Broke all my ribs, clavicle and scapula. A year later, I'm back in the saddle of a 2008 GW 1800 First Gen.

Sad to hear it but glad you bounced back! I've not hit a dear on the bike yet, but I've had plenty of close calls in PA. Almost hit a bear once too in NC!

…..I live 15 minutes from here. I ride my 2019 Husky Svartpilen here about 2-3 times a week. I use a compass only. The roads and towns are endless. Lots of wood!!!

Beautiful countryside. And really cool that you can ride with your brother; you both have great taste in bikes!

Thanks! Best of both worlds for me, I get the refinement of my Goldwing with the sound of his Harley! 😁

Doing your absolute best to take nothing but back roads sounds like the perfect ride. I forgot how nice the scenery is in Lancaster.

Some real beautiful country our around Lancaster. That is not too far from my area...about an hour north. I get up there to ride a good bit as there are some vacant beautiful roads.
@MotoMengy4 жыл бұрын
That's the best part down there, many of the roads are low traffic volume.

That's my area, I know so many of those roads where you are. Great riding 41 to 10 all back roads 🙂
