2nd story: my older sister can relate to this OP. She was feeling depressed after realizing that her boyfriend for an extended period of time cheated on her, and she had let her first apartment to the mercy of German cockroaches- I'm talking pizza boxes and gulp-sized drinks feeled with alive and/or dead roaches. And at any point that her apartment's lack of cleanliness was brought up, somehow I was the jerk because I was disgusted by the condition of the apartment and questioned how could live like that. After helping to clean her living space 5-6 times, I was burned out from helping her out. No one else seemed to be as bothered with the situation as me and I was told to not bring it up anymore because she was easy to upset and self-conscious about her personal life despite the trend to have continued up to apartment number 3.

The cleaning lady situation… I completely 1,000% think yes she definitely should have recorded prior to cleaning, it’s to help protect the cleaners and the people who hired them. If more people did recordings, there would be a lot less he said / she said… As far as the hiring job, she should have asked the state of cleaning that needed to be done prior to taking the job but at the same time, why would she take a job & charge someone for what would be 2 hours and someone who would take 10 hours? And no she shouldn’t give a full refund, she needs to specify 50% non refundable deposit. And at the same time she shouldn’t be showing the videos but since the mom hired her & as asking why she had to reschedule she had evidence as to why. That’s on the mom & daughter mostly. The cleaning lady should have asked to make things clear prior to taking the job but mostly the mom/daughter are to blame, not the cleaning lady.

OP was supposed to pre-clean, so she failed her part of the agreement and thus the cleaning lady was in the right to not clean. Now the video I agree was wrong and she should really rethink her approach to customers before she starts her business.

At least that mini update make some relief since she call the manager an told why she doesn't want to go back. Now people are waiting for an update too. But i she sounds she like the attention for a while until was caught red hand. You don't get "this isn't unusual" with someone touching you directly. That still fall under sexual harassment if isn't for an emergency where the person has to hold you or carry you as well. In story 3, it’s just a wild mess that could have been prevented if she was stricter and took actual action of the creepy guy flirting with her but no. I think the women in the wheelchair isn't the Karen at all. It is quite likely she told what happened in quote a confused and excisted way at her home, some cousin or so saw a mealticket and convinced her to make a case. Found her a laywer who passed the bar by ducking under it and she ande the lawyer showed up at the store.

2nd story: Let me get this straight, the mother paid for get where her daughter lives because she can't due having to study. The daughter proceed to not clean and take a video for the mother and the mother try to pocket the mother and send the video to OP's mother as if was a shame ... when in fact IT WAS THEIR JOB THEY GET PAID FOR. Who on earth think that is a good idea?
