But after PC was considered irrelevant and replace by NITI Aayog, the govt plan to achieved and undertake what the PC was trying to achieved only in a different wat i.e changing various nemes from english to hindi😁

Sir I think your are talking about Agricultural infrastructure development cess which is levied on petrol , diesel, apple and liquor. (Kindly note this extra cess is not related to health and well being part of the budget) If I am wrong than please correct me.
