Game changer. Easy control layout. Stellar sounds and connectivity.

🤘👍🏿 Great demo. Midi please. Also, a demo of it with the cab turned off and being used as a drive pedal to push an amp. Please 🙏.

This looks fascinating, probably the best amp sim I've seen in a long while

It’s pretty heckin good. It does so much for such a small device.

Great demo Tim! Fanstastic tones :) I must try one of these out.

Thanks so much, Gurtej. Means a lot coming from an established KZbin tone-master such as yourself. This Ample could be a great grab-and-go option for you instead of unhooking and lugging your Fractal Axe-FX. You can try one out at either Found Sound or Deluxe Guitars, whichever is closest.

I'd like to see a midi video. Thinking of using Ample with my HX Stomp. This demo was perfect for me because I have a 2013 J Mascis Squire.

I would like to eventually make one, even if it’s just for me (and you!). I love wielding MIDI control.

Nice riff that you’ve used throughout the amps to start each one off. Kinda gives some reference points. Listening to this makes me want to play it for myself. Have to keep reminding myself that it’s not a “real” amp as such. The limitations would be freeing for me, rather than getting lost in menus and options.
@thepedalnerd9 күн бұрын
That was my intent, to make it easier to compare between them, and to mix different playing textures or strums, palm mutes, harmonics, single notes, sliding between frets, etc. I’m glad you like the riff! Thank you. I agree with you, the limitations allow me to just get busy playing instead of getting bogged down in the details.
@Tethered_to_the_Polestar9 күн бұрын
that’s exactly it. I think you may have other options which could allow you to go deeper but I think there’s plenty to tweak without too much to disable. I’ll be hunting out a store so I can try it.

Call me picky, but it sounds very solid state-y… I do like the idea of having two amps and true stereo i/o
@thepedalnerd9 күн бұрын
You reckon? It probably would sound more open through a nicer interface with better preamps. I’m just recording through a super basic Tascam Model 12 mixer.

@@thepedalnerdyeah, watching other videos on it, it sounds round, balanced and easy on the ears. Nice if thats what you’re looking for. But other times it sounds flat and sterile. Lack of upper mid harmonics, I think. Sort of like a neodymium speaker, in my mind.

I guess that all falls within personal taste. It sounds fantastic to me, in my monitors and headphones.
Well I went to buy this except they don’t accept PayPal pay in 4 option….BIG mistake
@thepedalnerd9 күн бұрын
If that is your payment method preference, then perhaps one of the 17 dealers in the United States (I’m making an assumption about your location based on your KZbin username) will have PayPal Pay in 4. I’ve got a link to Poly’s dealer network list in the video description. Hope that helps?

if you need a 4 payment option to buy a few hundred dollar pedal you probably have bigger issues that need sorting out...
@floridapunkarchivist7 күн бұрын
@@thereturnofthemac I don’t think it’s a big deal. Almost $450 after fees isn’t necessarily a small amount of money but good for you I guess?
