Please be aware that he incorrectly says that at 1 inch the circle will be 10 inches in diameter. It is the opposite. At 10 inches it will see a 1 inch circle. At 10 ft it will see a 1 ft circle. Please see www.grainger.com/content/qt-370-infrared-thermometers.

Thanks for the review. It would be great to see a similar review on the Amprobe IR-750. It claims a 50:1 spot ratio and a wired thermocouple input for temp differences.
