Amsterdam, Netherlands. 4x Schindler Travelator ride at underground cycle garage by Centraal Station

A beautiful backdrop especially at night all lit up - you get great views of the water and buildings including Centraal Station. These are the type 9500AE built in 2022 and they do look really good, especially with the lighting. Unfortunately although these travelators / moving walkways are only 2 years old, they don’t run that well and 2 were broken. The noise from a couple of them isn’t great…
Schindler are usually pretty good but since moving production to different factories in the last decade, quality has decreased on their off-the-shelf products. Same with other manufacturers really.
