Yeah, I found it odd that his port-side light was out when I first saw the video. I remember the other day I saw another MBB cabcar missing the starboard-side light.

You've got CTRail and AMTRAK running on the same track to the same stations. Why? Why not turn the entire thing over to AMTRAK as the sole operator as it was? Why not save some money somewhere? Did anyone one ask that question before setting up CTRail? Certainly, the State of CT ain't awash in cash.

Amtrak lost a bid to operate it, but I still can't believe they did especially when they staff Shore Line East trains. -_-
