if you guys are asking why the dude shootsthe plane down... he is kiritsugu from Fate/Zero, one of the best anime out there. he and his teacher are assasins in killing mages. this time his teacher managed to kill her target, but upon it's death the target released special bees, resulting turning the whole plane except the teacher into zombies. since she pilots it and cant let a single zombe or bee outside, they decided it is for the best for him to shoot the plane down. upon kiling his own teacher he breaks down. this was one of the many emotional scenes in the anime.
