💤 Polar bears, like humans, can sleep for 7 to 8 hours a day. In the summer, to conserve energy, they may sleep even more! Henry chose a sweet spot by some trees to make his 'day-bed', a temporary spot to sleep. Only pregnant female polar bears construct and use dens for long periods, all other polar bears just pick a spot (they may dig out a spot in the snow) and that's where they snooze!

Seeing a polar bear on grass being so relaxed is an uncanny image. That is a reminder that, in the end, wherever we can live, we can live well.

@@SeanCooney-xe5xe Not sure where is my poetry input there, or where was I wrong, and you fail to establish that. However, if you take issue with the last sentence, that was something Roman philosopher and emperor Marcus Aurelius once said. "Where a man can live, he can also live well" is the exact quote. That is a reference to our ability to adapt and make the best of any situation in life.
